We had such a great time learning with Chef Eric! He has a great and patient way of making the skills easy to understand and fun to learn. It was also really nice that the meal itself was approachable for those of us who aren't so stong in the kitchen. And, of course, it doesn't hurt that the food was delicious!

Chef Eric very easy to work with, very fun, very experienced, shows skill and tips on doing things correctly during the food prep. Very patient and answers all questions. He can cook using what ever is on hand doesn’t need specialized gadgets. A true chef all the way. Appreciates flavor and texture and simple fresh ingredients. Teaches you to use your senses when cooking. Will be going back for sure. Use Chef Eric. He’s the real deal.

I attended a private cooking class with Chef Eric. Not only did our group learn a lot we had so much fun along the way. Most importantly the food 100% delicious.
Chef Eric was awesome! I set up the class as an activity for my bachelorette weekend. He taught us how to make bruschetta, manicotti, and strawberry granitas from scratch. I appreciate how patient he was with us while walking us through each step. It was very informative and fun! We had the best time!! Highly recommend Chef Eric.

We made capture salad for an appetizer, then everyone got to make their own dinner pizza. Followed up with a dessert pizza. Chef Eric is pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions. The evening was informative and fun with some outstanding pizza. Great class, highly recommend.
