What You’ll Do

Get ready to learn how to make authentic Italian manicotti and more just like Nonna.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare an authentic three-course Italian menu using only the freshest, highest-quality, in-season ingredients and time-honored Italian recipes and culinary techniques.

Chef Eric will begin by teaching you how to make a traditional Italian bruschetta appetizer drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Then, you will learn how to prepare delicate, creamy manicotti stuffed with a fragrant, garlicky ricotta completely from scratch. Lastly, you will end on a sweet note with a refreshing lemon raspberry granita for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric was awesome! I set up the class as an activity for my bachelorette weekend. He taught us how to make bruschetta, manicotti, and strawberry granitas from scratch. I appreciate how patient he was with us while walking us through each step. It was very informative and fun! We had the best time!! Highly recommend Chef Eric.
