What You’ll Do

Step into the Italian Riviera with Chef Eric as you prepare culinary favorites from the region.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eric, you will learn how to prepare three authentic recipes from the Ligurian coastal region of Italy, known as the Italian Riviera, using only high-quality ingredients.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to learning how to prepare include a stuffed mushroom appetizer and handmade spaghetti tossed with a classic walnut sauce. For dessert, Chef Eric will teach you how to make Italian doughnuts rolled in sugar and filled with vanilla pastry cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric is great! He is a super nice guy and a great teacher. Our entire manicotti meal was delicious. We learned lots of great cooking tips! We would definitely recommend Chef Eric.
