Eric is a fantastic chef, teacher and entertainer! We had so much fun learning, cooking and especially eating the mouth watering food - stuffed mushrooms, homemade Italian pasta, and donuts! 100% recommend spending time in the kitchen with Eric. We will sign up again!

We made capture salad for an appetizer, then everyone got to make their own dinner pizza. Followed up with a dessert pizza. Chef Eric is pleasant and very knowledgeable. He answered all questions. The evening was informative and fun with some outstanding pizza. Great class, highly recommend.

It was also really nice that the meal itself was approachable for those of us who aren't so stong in the kitchen. And, of course, it doesn't hurt that the food was delicious!
