What You’ll Do

Grab your apron and get ready to prepare Italian manicotti and more just like Nonna.

Learn how to make pasta dough completely from scratch, along with a traditional Italian appetizer and dessert, with Chef Eric in this hands-on cooking class where you'll use only the highest-quality ingredients and learn smart cooking techniques along the way.

Chef Eric will begin by showing you how to make bruschetta drizzled with a balsamic glaze. Then, you will prepare manicotti with your homemade pasta dough, which you'll stuff with garlicky ricotta. End on a sweet note with a refreshing lemon raspberry granita for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Eric is great! He is a super nice guy and a great teacher. Our entire manicotti meal was delicious. We learned lots of great cooking tips! We would definitely recommend Chef Eric.

Chef Eric was great! The event was fantastic and everyone had a wonderful time. Chef Eric did a little trivia at the end and gave out a small prize to the winner!
