Start this session by preparing zeytoon parvardeh, a Persian appetizer made of pomegranate, olives and walnuts. Learn how to mix and blend ingredients into a tangy harissa sauce drizzled on charred cabbage with almonds. Master a traditional tahdig, pan-fried Persian rice that you'll serve with chicken kebobs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
