Discover the delights of classic Spanish tapas in this incredible cooking class.

This fun, hands-on cooking class will transport you to the charming streets of Barcelona! Chef Joshua Elias will teach you how to whip up an eclectic variety of amazing Spanish tapas â€” dishes that burst with distinct, delicious flavors.

Start by making an olive salad, complete with fresh oranges, pralines and mint. For the main course, indulge in an authentic Spanish paella packed with fresh shrimp, chicken, chorizo and savory herbs. For dessert, delight in perfectly crunchy and tender churros de caramelo.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Joshua was absolutely wonderful and he made the experience comfortable and fun almost immediately. The selection of the recipes was great and the food was delicious. He was very nice to talk to and we came away with some awesome new recipes, a ton of restaurant recommendations, and reading material to understand how and why certain foods are prepared. Great experience, exceeded all expectations!

The cooking class was great! My wife and I really enjoyed learning from Chef Joshua about how to make pasta. We were curious students of the game and he answered all of our questions about the pasta-making experience. We made gnocchi a few days after his visit based on his guidance and it turned out excellent. I would highly recommend this to anyone with an interest in learning more or honing their craft.

We reserved this experience as a gift for my parents (celebrating their 50th anniversary), and it could not have gone better! They absolutely loved it! I booked Chef Joshua for a last-minute surprise birthday party for a friend and the night went wonderfully! He balanced conversation, cooking instruction, and maintaining the rest of the meal seamlessly. There was a mixup with scheduling. My daughter set up a lesson for 1/5/24 and gave it to me for Christmas. When I tried to redeem the gift card, I couldnâ€™t find the scheduled lesson. I did online chat and explained I was to have chef Elias on 1/5 at 6pm. They sent me a link and I confirmed appointment but I didnâ€™t notice that they changed the date. He showed up on 12/29 when I was out of town. My wife explained that it was supposed to be 1/5 and he said no problem, I will return next week. Except he did not show. My daughter paid $200 for nothing. I have to pay again to get lesson. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this service to anyone!!!
