This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and Iâ€™d be happy to try another again!

Phenomenal experience with Chef Kevin cooking up the vegan Asian cuisine. He was fun, nice, and well-prepared. Our highlight was learning how to use our own kitchen in new ways.

The class focused on wonton, gyoza and dumpling preparation. Overall, the skills and tips acquired were useful to repeat it successfully at home the following day. A big disappointment was realizing that the person leading the cooking class had no idea that the group was going to include 16 people. The leading chef appeared distressed by this and claimed they had no idea (I then wonder what purpose the reservation list has?) and had to be asked to set up two extra working stations so that everyone could enjoy the time we all paid for. Overall enjoyable experience, but several organization flaws were evident, which should/could be easily fixed in the future.

The Potstickers and Sushi class was an amazing experience for my family and I. Chef Kevin was great, he answered so many questions, was fun and entertaining, and he made sure that the finished meal was delicious! This class was something that all of us got great instruction on, from my 13 year old son, to the rest of us, we all learned something new and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this class, as well as Chef Kevin as he made it so enjoyable!

It was such a memorable night! Chef Kevin was so funny, knowledgeable and was a great teacher ;). It was my husbandâ€™s birthday and Fatherâ€™s Day celebration with our adult kids and spouses. We laughed a lot at our work but eventually got the hang of it. Chef also was so kind to accommodate our daughterâ€™s celiacs. Recommend: sharp knives, lots of different sized bowls, cutting boards, Saran Wrap, parchment, display platters.
