My husband organized a sushi class party as a birthday gift. Our guests and I had a pleasant time. Be sure to have sharp knives, multiple bowls (for mixing the ingredients), saran wrap, big pans with lids, and multiple chopping boards ready.

The Potstickers and Sushi class was an amazing experience for my family and I. Chef Kevin was great, he answered so many questions, was fun and entertaining, and he made sure that the finished meal was delicious! This class was something that all of us got great instruction on, from my 13 year old son, to the rest of us, we all learned something new and enjoyed the experience. I highly recommend this class, as well as Chef Kevin as he made it so enjoyable!

It was such a memorable night! Chef Kevin was so funny, knowledgeable and was a great teacher ;). It was my husbandвЂ™s birthday and FatherвЂ™s Day celebration with our adult kids and spouses. We laughed a lot at our work but eventually got the hang of it. Chef also was so kind to accommodate our daughterвЂ™s celiacs. Recommend: sharp knives, lots of different sized bowls, cutting boards, Saran Wrap, parchment, display platters.

Chef Kevin was great! We had him for the sushi and potsticker class. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out delicious and we had a great time. Chef Nick was very knowledgeable about Thai food and very personable and friendly. We liked the detail he gave about the ingredients (e.g. what they were and where to find them). The timeframe was well organized and even though it was in the chef's home, he did make the environment flow. What we would have liked different would have been a smaller class (perhaps only 4-5 guests vs. 7); and we were anticipating more of a commercial site vs. the chef's home.

Chef Nick was very personable. Loved that it was in Parker, literally 5 minutes from my house. Parker and the SE corridor is getting so big now, I imagine he will be very busy. I would do another class with him.

We had such a great time with Maggie! She's easy to get along with, is great at teaching, offered us a bunch of tips/shortcuts for making sushi or cooking in general. She made the experience a lot of fun. Also, we got to take home a boatload of leftovers which was awesome!
