Make vegan versions of your favorite Asian food with all the richness of the originals.
Go meatless in this engaging cooking class, where you'll make vegan versions of four tantalizing dishes. Chef Kevin will teach you the techniques to pack these recipes with tons of flavor.
To begin, create your own fresh vegan dumplings with cabbage and ginger. Then, use soy chicken and orange sauce paired with miso rice to make orange "chicken," as well as roasted broccoli with garlic on the side. For dessert, learn how to make no-bake vegan cream cheese cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
