Cooking Class - Bistro à la Française

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll create a spectacular French menu. Chef Florence will share all the techniques, tips and tricks to make sure you can recreate this menu at home with newly found confidence.
To start, you will make a foolproof cheese soufflГ© to add to your repertoire. Then you will cook a moist chicken breast served with a delicious creamy white wine sauce, accompanied by crispy potatoes. To finish this delicious feast, you will master the art of a magnificent vanilla crГЁme brГ»lГ©e. Book a class to savor!

Ya'll, it was SO FUN!!!! We did a family zoom cooking class for my Mom's birthday. Florence worked with us on a menu that met all of our dietary needs, let us choose what we preferred, and was super thorough in details prior to the night. I was a bit skeptical of how this would work on zoom, but you would have thought we were all together in person. It was seamless and such a blast. She talked us through how to cook each dish, chatted with us throughout, and taught us so much. The food was out of this world too! I would highly recommend an experience like this for your family or friends.

Florence created one of the more memorable family birthday celebrations! We were celebrating two young adult birthdays and Florence helped create a delicious menu. Her cooking class was informal but kept everyone engaged and learning new skills such as pasta making and knife skills. The food was fresh and local and seasonal. Florence was an absolute delight to spend time with. My family is still raving about what a fun evening we had. I will definitely use Florence for my next catered event.
