This was such a great memory making experience for my daughters & I. We learned, we laughed & found a French speaking friend. The evening was an absolute success & I’m so glad I found this option. Chef Florence is engaging & just lovely in the way she imparts her knowledge of baking. I highly recommend.

Florence was an absolute delight to have in our home. She brought warmth and genuine enthusiasm to every step of the evening, making us feel completely at ease in our own kitchen. She walked us through the art of Chicken Cordon Bleu with such skill and patience — sharing clever techniques, creative twists, and the kind of insider knowledge you just can't find in a recipe book. Between the pounding, layering, and perfectly golden crust, we swapped stories and laughs, and before we knew it, we were sitting down to a beautiful meal we had made ourselves. The whole experience was engaging, educational, and truly memorable. We couldn't recommend Florence more highly!

We absolutely loved our time with Chef Florence! She was very friendly and did an outstanding job in teaching us how to prepare an authentic Italian meal. The food was delicious and the six of us enjoyed being able to take part in the entire preparation process. We HIGHLY recommend both her and the experience to others!!
