The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.

Technique explanations were thoughtful and thorough, making them easy to apply. Chef Ivan is professional and kind. Loved the environment. He was accommodating to early arrivals like myself, we got their first. Chef Ivan is extremely diligent about cleanliness which was fantastic. He was welcoming to our videos and photos. My 16 year old cousin and I loved the experience! We'll be back.
