Create a classic three-course steakhouse meal in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Ivan.
You don't need steakhouse reservations to enjoy a gourmet steak dinner. Under Chef Ivan's guidance, learn how to make an incredible multi-course meal using smart cooking techniques and fresh ingredients. Chef Ivan will teach you how to make three courses, starting with mushrooms stuffed with fresh goat cheese and bacon. You'll also prepare side dishes of fried green tomatoes and apple coleslaw. Your meal will be centered around grilled skirt steak dressed with salsa verde, parsley, anchovies, capers and lemon. For dessert, whip up a decadent molten chocolate cake topped with vanilla gelato.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
