The Best of Italian Favorites
with Chef Kenneth
in Manhattan (Upper East Side)
Chef Ken was great-had a relaxed easygoing but professional manner. He came with everything he needed short of a blender which we provided for and assorted pots/pans. We learned a lot-and were put to work in a fun voluntary manner..our groups got their hands dirty from time to time but Ken also cooked/kept things moving forward as we were also catching up while watching/learning. I was impressed by the time saving use of the blender and various shortcuts learned to save time/effort that provided delicious results! Chef Ken taught us how easy some of these dishes were to make-incredible arancini in a marinara sauce, a fantastic Caesar salad w homemade dressing, homemade gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce, and delicious homemade cannoli w chocolate chip ricotta filling! He did a great job of passing tips and tricks along the way.. Our group learned a lot and agreed we would like to recreate some of these dishes at home again. I would recommend working w Chef Ken for your next cooking lesson/dinner party!

Review of Cooking Class at Chef Jaime’s Home
We had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class in Chef Jaime's clean, cozy, and welcoming apartment, which featured a large kitchen and a beautiful center island with granite countertops—perfect for group cooking. We prepared vegan empanadas, guacamole, and a delicious veggies stew, sauces, etc. all under Chef Jaime's expert guidance and supervision.
Chef Jaime’s enthusiasm and energy truly set the tone for a fantastic experience. She was incredibly organized, managing the class smoothly and keeping us on track without ever making it feel rushed. What really stood out was her ability to engage with participants of all experience levels, from beginners to more seasoned cooks, making sure everyone felt included and valued.
Her positive, supportive attitude created an environment that was not only instructive but also fun and encouraging. It was clear that she’s passionate about her craft and genuinely cares about ensuring her students have a memorable experience.

What a super unique and personal experience! I booked this a birthday gift for my husband, and the both of us loved all 3 courses. Chef Denis was very accommodating and personable with plenty of stories to share. I would book again for other cuisines!

Gourmet American Steakhouse
with Chef Lamour
in Queens (Astoria)
Dinner with chef lamour was terrific. She was friendly, helpful, very interesting and the food was amazing! The only thing I would say is that this was more of a private chef dinner as opposed to a cooking class. We helped somewhat with preparation and lamour certainly answered any questions we had and gave us various tips, but it was less of a class than we expected. This is not meant as a negative as we had an absolutely wonderful evening! Just
Putting it out there so folks know what to expect.

Chef Kymberly was a fantastic and fun engagement for a surprise dinner at home. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and excellent at making every part of the experience special. Tasty, new, and exciting with every plating, we could not believe this food came out of our own kitchen. I can not speak highly enough of Chef Kymberly, as we would suggest her for this experience and any corporate function or engagement you have in mind. This made us believe in Cozymeal, and we can't wait to explore with her again soon.
