We had the most spectacular time with Chef Kevin. We took the Yakitori class to celebrate my birthday. Chef Kevin showed up exactly on time and ready to go. We learned so much from him about traditional Yakitori and the food was to die for!! He also made a traditional rice dish that we tried to make ourselves only 2 days later because we were already craving it. I couldn't recommend this experience enough!! One of those truly classic "New York" experiences. We're going to book his Sushi Class again the next time my family is in town because they will love this!

great experience overall, would definitely recommend to anyone interested in cooking. I'll definitely be back for another lesson in the future.
