Learn to make handmade orecchiette and classic pesto in this fun, beginner-friendly Italian cooking class.
Discover the joy of shaping fresh pasta by hand in this interactive cooking lass with Chef Boris. You’ll begin by mixing semolina flour and water into a smooth dough, then learn how to roll, drag and shape it into the signature “little ears†of orecchiette. Once your pasta is ready, turn your attention to a fragrant Genovese pesto prepared with fresh basil, garlic, nuts, rich cheeses and olive oil.
Chef Boris will guide you through each technique, helping you build confidence while creating a crowd-pleasing Italian favorite. Whether you come with friends, family or a date, you’ll leave with new skills and a dish you’ll be proud to recreate at home.
