Chef Luana was phenomenal. She is a true Italian chef with 30+ years experience owning a pizza restaurant. Not only was she a great teacher, but her stories of the "homeland" were truly endearing. We had a wonderful time and truly took our pizza making skills to the next level. Highly recommended!

I surprised my fiancГ© with a private cooking class with Francesca as an early ValentineвЂ™s Day gift. The last time we had truly authentic Italian food was in Italy, and this was the first time we experienced fresh, homemade Italian cuisine since returning. Francesca, who is from Sardinia, was warm and welcoming as she shared her style of cooking from scratch, showing us how to simplify Italian dishes. My fiancГ©e is pregnant, and Francesca was incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to modify our mealsвЂ”such as pasteurizing eggs and adjusting the tiramisu recipe. The result was the best tiramisu weвЂ™ve ever had, and now weвЂ™ll always want to make it ourselves! We highly recommend learning from Francesca, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Chef Mert was A+! My wife gifted me an Italian Date Night cooking class, and from beginning to end it was an incredible experience. He explained every part of the process thoroughly, it was very interactive, he allowed us to ask questions, he was unbelievably knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Had a great time cooking and chatting with Chef Luana. Learned how to make healthy and delicious food in a realistic kitchen setting - can't wait to cook the amazing dishes at home. Pineapple with burrata was an amazing combo, and the homemade bread was great too! Risotto was mouthwatering, especially with a few tips from Chef Luana on how to make it super creamy and flavorful (and still healthy!). Chef Luana was very welcoming, and her place felt like home! We would love to be back for more classes. Recommend this class!

Chef Luana is a wonderful cooking instructor! We had a really fun time creating pasta from scratch- Chef Luana's own recipe from her restaurant in Italy. On top of that, we got to dine in her home and have her home-made tiramisu for desert after. It was truly a fun and unique experience. Would highly recommend anyone who is interested in learning how to cook an authentic Italian recipe to check out her classes. She hosts everything from 1:1 classes (what we did) to group birthday events. Thank you Chef Luana!!

Chef Luana is the real deal, and even has her own restaurant in Italy! My husband and I took her pizza-making class and loved it! She was friendly, patient, humorous, and informative, making sure we learned but also had fun. And she infused some stories and tidbits about her Italian culture! Luana provided the perfect balance of giving us participation/experience at every level, but also having some items prepped because they take longer (ex: yeast needs hours to proof and and dough needs to rise, so we made our own to learn how but she had dough prepped and ready to use) We got to make 3 different pizzas, with some options to customize. They were all beautiful and delicious! The crust was light and crispy and unlike any other; we can't wait to try out what we learned, at home. We would definitely recommend Luana and one of her many Italian cooking classes!

Chef Rebecca was great! She was very communicative (asking about food allergies and being open to cooking at our place or hers), inviting (we cooked at her place), and friendly. Her recipes were educational (how to make regional Italian dishes), interesting (we could personalize our own flatbread pizzas), and delicious. I would definitely consider taking another class from her in the future and highly recommend her to others considering doing a Cozymeal cooking class.

One of the most fun culinary experiences IвЂ™ve ever had. Chef Luana is the real deal. To be making pasta from scratch in her own home felt like we were in Italy. SheвЂ™s been cooking since she was 18 and was a great teacher. We could really feel the love for what she does and in the food. We loved sitting down afterwards and saying вЂњwe made this pasta!вЂќ And it was SO good. Highly recommend for a date night. We met some fun people. Overall a wonderful evening!

Dinner with Pierre C is a fully entertaining experience! However, BEWARE! The direction of the evening is largely dependent on YOU as well! If you're looking for a fantastically, wonderful evening filled with fun, food, and tidbits of knowledge and insights... have Pierre C over to your home! If you are expecting a flat-out detailed cooking class... this might not be what you're after. My suggestion... prepare for a fun night, jump in, and play!

We had a great time with Mert, and learned a lot. He was right on time, and well prepared, and had thorough printed recipes to follow along with. Because two of his doughs needed proofing, he brought some pre-made doughs which we baked, and then he had us make fresh doughs that we could bake off later. There were lots of opportunities for hands-on experience, which was something I was hoping for. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Mert's classes, and look forward to taking another class in the future.

We had a fabulous time. Chef Luana took her time and showed us step by step how to make the pasta dough; process the dough through the machine; and to cook the pasta. I didn't realize that it was such a delicate process but a rewarding process. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We are looking forward to another cooking class with Chef Luana.
