Chef Luana was phenomenal. She is a true Italian chef with 30+ years experience owning a pizza restaurant. Not only was she a great teacher, but her stories of the "homeland" were truly endearing. We had a wonderful time and truly took our pizza making skills to the next level. Highly recommended!

Chef Luana is the real deal, and even has her own restaurant in Italy! My husband and I took her pizza-making class and loved it! She was friendly, patient, humorous, and informative, making sure we learned but also had fun. And she infused some stories and tidbits about her Italian culture! Luana provided the perfect balance of giving us participation/experience at every level, but also having some items prepped because they take longer (ex: yeast needs hours to proof and and dough needs to rise, so we made our own to learn how but she had dough prepped and ready to use) We got to make 3 different pizzas, with some options to customize. They were all beautiful and delicious! The crust was light and crispy and unlike any other; we can't wait to try out what we learned, at home. We would definitely recommend Luana and one of her many Italian cooking classes!

Chef Rebecca was great! She was very communicative (asking about food allergies and being open to cooking at our place or hers), inviting (we cooked at her place), and friendly. Her recipes were educational (how to make regional Italian dishes), interesting (we could personalize our own flatbread pizzas), and delicious. I would definitely consider taking another class from her in the future and highly recommend her to others considering doing a Cozymeal cooking class.

We had a great time with Mert, and learned a lot. He was right on time, and well prepared, and had thorough printed recipes to follow along with. Because two of his doughs needed proofing, he brought some pre-made doughs which we baked, and then he had us make fresh doughs that we could bake off later. There were lots of opportunities for hands-on experience, which was something I was hoping for. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Mert's classes, and look forward to taking another class in the future.

Chef Mert provided my friend and I not only a plethora of food, but also many memories to remember the experience by. All the food was delicious and fun to make! There were definitely leftovers and plenty of opportunities Chef Mert gave us to be hands-on with the experience and truly take part in the cooking experience. Pierre knows what he is doing - his pizza making class was a hit. He brought some of the best ingredients and after a short tutorial let us do most of the work - we shared some stories and learned along the way. He has been a ton of places/countries/kitchens and brings a ton of experience and stories to the evening. We really enjoyed the class / at-home experience.

What a wonderful experience! We attended the pizza making class with Chef Luana and, seriously, we made the best pizza we have ever eaten! Chef Luana has over 30 years of experience making pizza (most of that time at a popular pizzeria + ristorante in Italy) and you will notice that. The process of making good pizza dough is complex and Chef Luana walks you elegantly through ever step of the way. And, at the end of the class, she also had two nice surprises for us: one special dough with the shape of a ravioli (sorry chef, I forgot the name) and a delicious tiramisu. All in all, 5/5 stars! Thank you Chef Luana!

Chef Luana shares her traditional Italian pizza secrets. I booked her pizza class for my nephewвЂ™s 13th birthday and boy did she go above and beyond for us. She taught us everything we needed to know and we were able to sit and enjoy our very own delicious pizza at the end. She even baked a cake for my nephew and had a gift for him. She made the class a fun, covid safe and educational class. My nephew absolutely had so much fun and hearing him giggle throughout the class gave me so much joy. I canвЂ™t wait to take her pasta making class. She has inspired and has awaken the inner chef in me. Thank you so much Chef for everything.

Attended evening pizza class with 10 others. Great experience, great tips on making dough from scratch, prepared various recipes of sauces. Cut and cooked up veggies, chicken and shrimp for various toppings. We feasted on our creations at the end of class . I would highly recommend this as girls night out and the authentic pizza preparation education. I will definitely be back for another class. Chef Luana's pizza class was an absolute delight. Her passion for Italian cuisine was infectious, and her expertise was evident in every step of the process. From the moment we started kneading the dough to the final bite of our homemade pizza, we were captivated by her knowledge and enthusiasm. The class was not only informative but also incredibly fun. We learned valuable techniques, such as the perfect ratio of flour to water and the importance of a well-fermented dough. Chef Luana's guidance was clear and easy to follow, making the experience enjoyable for both experienced and novice cooks. Who knew you could cut pizza with scissors. The pizzas we created were absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. We went home with more pizza than we could eat, as well as extra dough to experiment with later. Overall, Chef Luana's pizza class was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend. I came here to celebrate my anniversary with my partner and we had the best time! Chef LuanaвЂ™s experience really shines as she teaches this fun pizza class. We made multiple flavors (all of which were amazing) and she really does a great job at making sure you have a wonderful time while also learning how to make your own pizza. Highly recommend taking this class with her, but if pizza isnвЂ™t your thing IвЂ™d def recommend any of her other available classes as well. We will definitely be taking more classes :) Thank you for making our anniversary so special and memorable. YouвЂ™re fantastic!

What a fantastic experience. Chef Luana was ready for my wife and I as soon as we arrived. She interspersed cooking instructions with some of her personal history so we got a sense of why she loves cooking. The whole experience was very hands on and ended with some of the most delicious pizza we have ever eaten. She sent us home with leftover pizza and some dough (that we made!) to make more pizzas soon. We will go back to her for other classes!

WhatвЂ™s not to love about pizza? But learning from a professional chef who is as warm as she is knowledgeable is an experience I wonвЂ™t soon forget. Chef Luana tailors the class to the home cook and emphasizes the use of quality ingredients. She gave us so many great tips I feel like I can recreate delicious pizza at home. This class was amazing! I took my boyfriend for his birthday. It was a very intimate setting in Chef Luana's house. She was warm and friendly - it was truly like having an Italian nonna teaching you how to make pizza. She had everything staged wonderfully so that we could see each step of the pizza making process. She allowed us to take many pictures of each step so we'd be able to recreate it at home. She also had us take pictures of the ingredients she used. The pizzas themselves were incredible. The dough was chewy and crispy and just was the right texture. She gave us all the leftovers which were still amazing the next day. Great food, great conversation, and Luana has over 35 years of pizza making experience from her pizzeria in Italy - it was cool to hear her life story! I definitely would recommend this class!

This experience with Chef Mert was fantastic, I couldn't have asked for anything better. His communication was clear at every step, he was very accommodating and conscienscious of food allergies, and he was well-prepared to cover an incredible amount of topics in only a few hours. We all really appreciated his approachable teaching style and eagerness to involve us throughout the process, as hands-on learning only works if you get in there and get your hands dirty! We were especially interested in how his lessons would translate to using our Ooni pizza oven, so Chef Mert had us set up the oven and we cooked all the pizzas on the patio. He not only showed us great new techniques, but new and better ways to approach the things we've done a dozen times. We highly recommend this experience- Chef Mert is a wonderful teacher, has excellent stories to share, and his passion for good food cannot be beat!
