What You’ll Do

Bring the bakery to your kitchen with fun and engaging culinary sessions.

This cooking class, led by a gourmet baker, features the traditional techniques needed to prepare handmade bread. You'll develop skills for mixing, forming and shaping dough into golden loaves of various bread types.

Begin by crafting sourdough loaves using just water, salt and flour, developing the perfect balance of flavor and texture. Next, prepare individual baguettes, which you'll get to take home and share with family and friends. You'll also master the art of making a thin-crust pizza, perfecting the dough that will serve as the base for your delicious creations.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Took the class with Kamilla Kurmanbekova; she did an excellent job taking us through the courses, explaining why we were doing things a certain way, and the result was amazing dishes. She kept us entertained throughout the process and kept it casual while still being informative. Would highly recommend giving it a shot.

I had an incredible experience in Chef Mark’s Thai cooking class! He taught us how to make amazing dishes like som tum, tom kha gai, and pad see ew, and made the entire process so much fun. Mark is not only knowledgeable and talented, but he’s also super nice, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. I learned a ton of new cooking techniques, and his teaching style made it all feel so approachable—even for a beginner like me. I can’t wait to sign up for more classes with him. Highly recommend!
