Chef Iain was amazing! We had a party of 5, and Chef Iain was so great - he'd gotten Impossible meat for one of the dishes to accomodate for a guest who was vegetarian, taught us lots of new techniques and explained the principles behind them, and we all had a delicious meal together. Highly recommend this experience!

Coming into this experience with a beginner cooking level, but interest in food I was nervous as to tackling the complicated dishes on the menu. Chef Iain was such a good teacher and the food was absolutely delicious. We thoroughly loved the experience and are already planning to make the dishes more often. 10/10 would recommend

Chef Iain created a really wonderful experience for my friend and I. He taught us some really great cooking techniques and made me feel less intimidated about being in a kitchen! I loved the 1:1 attention and hands on experience which is unlike any other cooking class we've done before. The meal was amazing! I'll definitely be trying out what we made on my own.

Chef Yasmina...Thank you so much. You are an amazing person and a great chef. She invited us into her warm home with such an amazing interior and crazy back yard. The food was so good and she made it so much fun to cook and to sit and talk to her about how she came into becoming a chef. I will find my way back to a class or event any day of the week if Chef Yasmina will be there no questions asked. If you want to have fun, enjoy amazing food, talk/chat/etc, laugh you will take a course with Chef Yasmina. We did the menu that was shown but also she started whipping up some wild creations on top of the ones offered. I don't even know how long we stayed but I can say we would of been down to stay a few more hours haha.

Our experience with Chef Francesca was wonderful, informative, and personal. The time spent did not feel rushed in any way, and Francesca taught us a great deal as we all cooked and talked together. I have never made pasta by hand; it was very satisfying to consume a home-cooked meal that we helped make. The food was hot, fresh, and artfully presented. For our pastas, we made fettucini and stuffed ravioli. The focus on Sardinian techniques was an unexpected novelty; we made a type of ravioli I have never seen before. Each one (that Francesca made) looked like an elegant little edible sculpture. Each one that I made didn't look quite so artful...but they still tasted wonderful just the same. Francesca also showed us how to make additional pastas as we worked, adding value to the experience. Her kitchen is well-appointed. astutely clean, and well-organized. She works in an incredibly efficient way, balancing the duties of making multiple courses at once, while still maintaining an easy-going manner and cordial atmosphere. We chose a mushroom sauce as one of our sauces, which incorporated truffles in a way that brought out a savory flavor that really lifted the dish. And she used a secret ingredient in her ravioli that I don't want to give away here, but that has to be tried to be believed. I highly recommend this experience. I gifted my wife this experience for our anniversary, and when we were done, she told me it was a great present and a fun way to spend time together.

Francesca was an amazing host and an incredible chef. We had a wonderful time making fresh pasta, and learning other tips for making Italian seafood [the shrimp and salmon were delicious!]. It was a real treat to share in her speciality Pasta Bottarga with most ingredients directly from Italy! Francesca made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire experience--it felt like cooking with a friend. We really enjoyed the class and will definitely return for more. Thanks again!

Francesca was incredible. Personally we prefer the type of clsss where you get to do everything 100% on your own so I was a bit disappointed to find it cozy meal doesnвЂ™t do it that way but Francesca more than made up for it. Francesca was great! Very accommodating to dietary restrictions and birthday requests. I surprised my girlfriend with the "Make Pasta With Your Honey" cooking class for her 25th birthday and she was stunned by how well the pasta was and how fun it is to make fresh pasta. I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to learn how to cook, especially to those who want to surprise their partner with something more engaging than just a fancy dinner!
