Chef Luana was incredible! The food was delicious. She made everything seem easy. And on top of that, she was so lovely and personable. There was even a scheduling issue with Cozymeal that she handled with grace. I would highly recommend doing this class. We'll be back for her pizza class for sure!

Chef Luana is the best! We had a great time making risotto with her. You can tell she is exceptionally passionate and knowledgeable, and she really wants to share her expertise with others. We made 2 types of risotto: mushroom + shrimp and zucchini. I rarely eat seafood, but WOW - that shrimp risotto was excellent! She also helped us make beautiful pastries with homemade jam, and even prepared extras for us to take home; it was such a nice touch to a great evening! In addition, Chef Luana prepared a delicious salad and authentic, homemade bread for us to enjoy alongside our risotto dinner - we could not have asked for more. Go take her class, make some new friends and eat some amazing food! We'll be back to do it again!

Luana was amazing! I loved that she brought her family tradition to the ambiance of the class. My girlfriend took me to her class for my birthday ! And she couldnвЂ™t be sweeter . She put a big sign of 'Happy Birthday' in her living room just for me. Very generous with the food and her knowledge. Definitely an experience IвЂ™ll recommend!.

Wow! What an experience! We loved Chef Luana! She is a real, italian chef who owned an amazing restaurant in Italy. She opened up her home to us and made us feel welcomed. You can feel her passion for cooking - she uses the highest quality ingredients (some imported from Italy) and pours love into each dish. We learned so much (she called it "Luana's tricks") that we'll use forever. Each dish was delicious- it was the best risotto we've ever had, and she even made a cake from scratch for my sister's bday! It was incredible. We loved our experience.

Our experience with Chef Luana was amazing. My daughters were visiting from out of town so I thought this would be a good experience for us to bond over. We all love to cook. The night at Chef Luana's place was the highlight of their visit. We learned a great deal about making Risotto and the food was beyond fabulous. If you are familiar with making Risotto you know that it's a slow process. We were in the midst of adding broth to the Risotto when an earthquake struck. Everyone in the class ran down 9 flights of stairs with the exception of the Chef who stayed back and kept a watchful eye on the pot. Needless to say, both Risottos turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this class!!!

Chef Luana was a wonderful host for our party of 4. Our Cozymeal time was quite an eventful experience. Not only did we learn the tradition of risotto, but we learned earthquake evacuation and safety strategy during the 7.1 Los Angeles earthquake! Chef Luana and her husband were prompt responders and supportive of us. When I booked the class, I told her this was for my sisters 30th birthday celebration. At the end of the class she had a cake; which she said she typically makes for classes, and with her own dough! But for us, she had gotten "3-0" candles and joined in our celebration by going a step above her typical closing routine. I thought this was a genuine, thoughtful gift from Chef Luana and I know our family appreciated her effort.

This experience was slightly different than I expected but overall, a wonderful learning opportunity! I thought each person would be given ingredients, tools and space to follow along with the chef and create/eat their own dish. Rather, Chef Luana explained her path and experiences with Italian cooking and showed us how to make the risotto dish, which was absolutely delicious! There was a part of the class that was more hands on during the prep, but most of it was observation and listening. I recommend taking a note pad to remember all of the wonderful tips and tricks we learned! Overall, the experience was enjoyable and we learned some great "rule-of-thumb" tips for a variety of cooking (not just risotto).

Chef Luana met all expectations with passion and authenticity. She is proud of her heritage and truly enjoys sharing her experiences and knowledge with the group. This was a delicious learning experience!

This was so much fun! Chef Jace led us in preparing a delicious seafood meal. The chef was knowledgeable and friendly; he made this an enjoyable class. I would recommend this experience to anyone. The only thing that I would change is that I would have liked the chef to have us prepare the entire meal ourselves. Unfortunately, that was not possible as some parts had to be made in advance due to the menu. Still, I learned quite a bit that I am eager to try out this weekend. Give this a go. You won't be disappointed.

What a fantastic experience! We booked Chef Pierre's "The sole of a fish" cooking class in Los Angeles and had him come to our place to provide us an in-home cooking class as a date night. Chef Pierre arrived on time with all the equipment and ingredients. He walked us through the existing courses and had us prepare some of them (under his guidance) and let us watch him prepare when we felt like just sitting behind and enjoying a cooking demonstration. The dishes were DELICIOUS and chef Pierre was an excellent instructor. In addition to being an excellent chef and instructor, he has several decades of experience working for some of the top Michelin-starred restaurants and cooking for some of the world's top celebrities. He often shares interested stories about his past which makes the whole experience even more entertaining. What a memorable evening! Thank you Chef Pierre!

Pierre shared his home, knowledge, and experiences with us to celebrate our anniversary. He has a wealth of culinary knowledge that he brings down to any level of experience. From such a simple recipe, we walked away with several notable tips. Beyond the actual lesson, Pierre shared his phenomenal experiences he's gathered throughout the years. He's the type of person you just want to sit back and listen to. Truly a memorable night-- a dinner and a show!

Chef Joey only takes in a small number of students each class (2-4) and strives to help us learn proper techniques to produce the dish. My boyfriend and I showed up and we were delighted that we get to have a one-on-one experience with chef Joey. He demonstrates the techniques and cooking processes for us and then actually makes us do them ourselves. I like this as it make us learn how to make the dish ourselves. The squid ink risotto with seared scallops that we made was absolutely delicious and delightful to make. I highly recommend him as a cooking teacher.

Chef Josh is a wonderful chef, full of stories and great ideas. His class is so fun and entertaining, if I had a question it was answered and then some. His place is pretty quaint so I was able to really get the attention necessary to really learn his techniques. Great class.

Look, if you want to have the most fun and helpful experience in cooking this guy will make everything worth your while and then some. We made couscous and tarte tatin both things that make me think i'm pronouncing them terribly but man are they sooo good (i'd put way more "O"s but i have to keep this short for your sake). This one class made me realize how much i didn't know about cooking, like that there are such things as purple carrots or to even add such basic flavors as tomatoes to a salad (yes i know, it's a dumb thing to have a revelation about but that's just me). If you're going to do a date this is probably the best way to go about it. You get to meet a great chef with a just as great personality who makes it so welcoming to eat and cook and the money is so worth being filled with feel good food and learning along the way. Please try the sole of fish for your happiness and have a nice fun lazy Sunday along the way.

Although we weren't sure what to expect, my husband and I had a great time with Chef Francesca and the other couple who attended the session. Chef is warm, friendly and very funny. But don't let the niceness fool you: she definitely knows her stuff! I highly recommend this experience for others.

Chef Damon is super friendly and his seafood pasta is stunning. He prepares everything elegantly and with ease. He also has experience with a lot of different cuisines and shared some really cool knowledge about Caribbean cuisine with me. Definitely recommend Chef Damon for parties large and small!

She plans to bring her girlfriends to one of your classes. Amongst the things she mentioned she said that you were very attentive and a great teacher. Chef Stevie was amazing. Super knowledgeable, encouraging, and the food turned out really good! We ended up needing to get a midnight snack after, but a lot of other people in the class seemed to have leftovers -- it's a good amount of food, but if you're really hungry, you'll want more.

This was the perfect experience with friends for my birthday. Chef Cregg was super fun, knowledgeable and just hands on enough to make sure we didnвЂ™t mess anything up. The food was delicious (best cake IвЂ™ve ever had too!). Tip: donвЂ™t go on a completely empty stomach - the pasta takes a while to prepare but is worth the wait!

Chef Luana was awesome. We had a fantastic time with her for the risotto class. She was very accommodating as both participants were gluten free. We were able to make delicious gluten free risotto and a gluten free pie that was to die for. If you are your partner have a gluten allergy this is a great cooking class for you !

Our experience with Chef Cregg was great! He arrived with a cart of all of his equipment and ingredients, set up in our kitchen, and then proceeded to give us a crash course in making a multi-course dinner from scratch. He really made it a point to teach us and took the time to answer all of our questions, rather than just whip through the steps. Highly recommend.
