Booked International Flare of Peruvian Fare with Chef Santiago for a surprise for my bfвЂ™s birthday and it was beyond our imagination! I had to change the event date last minute and Chef Santiago was very accommodating and even recommended me wine parings that would go well with the food. On the day of the event, he arrived on time and was very patient throughout the whole process. We learned many new techniques and was able to take breaks here and there whenever we got tired. Everything came out delicious and there was even leftovers the next day. Chef Santiago even brought Inka Cola and a homemade juice to go with the meal. We definitely recommend this class if youвЂ™re looking for an unforgettable experience!

Chef Santiago was very professional and excellent in the delivery of his work. The course was a suprise for my girlfriend. He played along perfectly and was a great teacher. Not only is he great cook but also a good conversationalist who is good at connecting with his clients. The food was well prepared and we enjoyed making things from scratch. Would definitely work with him again.

My wife & I have taken a number of other cooking classes, which were nice, but this one was by far the best yet. I've been on the Keto diet about 6 months (losing over 30 pounds), but really missed Mexican food. Angie's fresh take on Keto-friendly Mexican dishes was a revelation. Angie is knowledgeable, thorough, and just plain friendly. We spent the whole afternoon with her, and it seemed to go by so fast. We plan to take more classes with her in the future! Can recommend her classes without reservation.

Chef Michael was fantastic. I learned some things and he was great with my 9 year old nephew. We got to be as involved as we wanted and had fun along the way. There was so much food and it was all so yummy. I will definately take another class with Chef Michael!

I treated my friend to a cooking class for her birthday and I'm so glad I did. Chef Michael was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and lots of fun. He tailored the experience to our cooking level and let us decide how hands-on we wanted to be. It's worth mentioning that the food was also delicious and I now know how to make tamales from scratch! 100% would recommend to anyone.

Chef Liila's place is amazing! She has so many of her own fruit trees, veggies, and herbs growing around her house and incorporates many into her dishes. I loved her vegetarian tacos and her quinoa salad with persimmons. Everything was so flavorful, satisfying, and also refreshing! I would love to go back and see what's in season next time I'm in LA!

This was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend David!! We did the South American cooking night for a friends birthday. He arrived early, brought all the ingredients and set up. He taught us about the culture around the food we were eating, and we put together a meal that was restaurant worthy and absolutely incredible. David brought all the food and equipment, and even cleaned up! We love talking to him, and learning from him. This was really such a special experience we hope to do again.

All I can say is AMAZING!!!! I booked a traditional Cuban cuisine private dinner for my birthday with chef Jennie. I flew all the way to LA from TN for this experience, and it was well worth it. Chef Jennie made my guest and I feel welcomed from the time we approached her location until we left. There was plenty of good food, good vibes, good drinks, and music. I will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks again ?

Hi Chef, thank you for the amazing food and experience! We had a bachelorette event and Chef brought it- he offered to bring his own utensils and plates and was very communicative! We had a slight delay in our schedule, and he was very accommodating! The food was delectable and very highly recommended! Chef was very friendly: Would highly recommend mainly for the taste of the food and his friendly demeanor. For the teaching/cooking part of it it was neat learning different ways to cut a bell pepper, garlic, onions, and the different terms for 2/3/4 finger pinches (of salt, cilantro, ginger, etc). If he has a cooking class in person it would be amazing to see how he would transform the class into individual stoves and each of us making our own meals!

What a wonderful experience! Everything was delicious, Chef Santiago was punctual, kind, polite, and talented! He was accommodating with menu options and made sure to end on time (we needed to end on time because of our scheduled babysitters). Loved everything about our experience and would definitely recommend Chef Santiago to all our friends!

Chef Bekah was awesome! Not only did she teach us how to make some delicious food, she also was able to get us more variations and other recipes for different dishes. The cookies were money and the crack- was a cooking game changer. Next time we want to learn about more vegan dishes, we will make sure to reach out to Chef Bekah!

Chef Bekah is a talented Chef who is passionate about making delicious vegan food with great ingredients. She is knowledgeable about the subject and had a genuine enthusiasm for healthy, smart vegan food. I'm not one to order vegan food ever but her food was fantastic. Her homemade Cacio Pepe kind of blew my mind. It tasted so good and so authentic that I had trouble believing it was Vegan, even though I watched her make the whole thing. Her food rocked!

Our group of 4 (my parents, my girlfriend and I) really enjoyed our Mexican cooking class with Micheal. The food was delicious and he gave us lots of awesome tips. We LOVED the salsa and the guac, and the recipes were simple enough that we can make them on our own. Thanks Michael!

My Girlfriend and I attended Chef Michael's Traditional Mexican Tacos and Tamales class for her birthday and it was excellent. Chef Michael provided a comfortable and clean cooking environment in his lovely home. He focused on the techniques and concepts rather than just the ingredients to provide us with new tools and techniques for when we cook at home. If you are thinking of taking a class with Cozymeal, you will not be disappointed with Chef Michael. We are definitely going to book a class with him in the future.

This was a great class. Chef Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable and shares it with his students. I got to learn all aspects of the class. IвЂ™ve always had a love for cooking, but never really had the knack for it. I absolutely love it though, and I was determined to learn how to cook Tamales to surprise my fiancГ© with them for his birthday; heвЂ™s Mexican originally and I have absolutely no skill cooking Latin foods. When I found out I could take a cooking class and learn how to make, not only Tamales, but Churros too, I signed up immediately. I was horribly nervous on class day, but when I arrived Chef Roxana was so warm and welcoming I very quickly felt comfortable and ready to start cooking. She did a really great job going through all the steps and making them seem simple to complete instead of ominous, and in the end I ended up with some incredibly delicious Tamales and even Churros better than my local Mexican restaurant. I am going to be going to another one of Chef RoxanaвЂ™s classes very soon.
