My wife & I have taken a number of other cooking classes, which were nice, but this one was by far the best yet. I've been on the Keto diet about 6 months (losing over 30 pounds), but really missed Mexican food. Angie's fresh take on Keto-friendly Mexican dishes was a revelation. Angie is knowledgeable, thorough, and just plain friendly. We spent the whole afternoon with her, and it seemed to go by so fast. We plan to take more classes with her in the future! Can recommend her classes without reservation.

Surprised my man friend with an authentic mexican cooking class and safe to say it went over extremely well! EricвЂ™s culinary expertise was very evident and he treated us to a truly authentic mexican experience. It was as interactive as we wanted it to be and he made it customizable to our kitchen/ dietary needs. He was such a pleasure to learn from! It was my first Cozymeal experience and I will definitely be back. I canвЂ™t recommend cozymeal and Chef Eric enough!

We booked Chef Carolina's Mexican Fiesta for a private cooking class. Everything about the class was perfect. The setting was incredibly beautiful, cooking counters were set up by the pool and the dining table was in the backyard with lights strung across the trees and flowers. We cooked a simple but very delicious Mexican feast, I especially loved the salsa verde and avocado tempura! Most importantly, Chef Carolina made you feel at home when you stepped through the door. We had a great time with her, and she even shared stories about her family and her grandchildren. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be back for more classes. A big thank you to Chef Carolina and her team for organizing a truly amazing night for my sister!

Amazing experience! We learned so much. I can't wait to impress my friends with delicious vegan food. Chef Robin has a passion for teaching. Definitely will take her lessons again. The menu and recipe were detailed yet easy to understand. The ingredients can be found in the neighborhood grocery. With the instructions I can recreate it in my own kitchen. The kitchen was clean and spacious. Lots of room to do hands-on learning.

Chef Daniel is amazing! We learned quite a bit in just one night---вЂeverything from knife selection and other tools, organizing our workspace to cooking techniques and seasonings. All of our questions were answered (we had quite a few) and explanations were clear. And, Chef Daniel is a fantastic host. My friend and I genuinely enjoyed ourselves. We selected the вЂњAmerican DelightвЂќ menu and the results were spectacular. WeвЂ™ll be talking about his experience for days to come and look forward to more classes with Chef Daniel.

Chef Michael was fantastic. I learned some things and he was great with my 9 year old nephew. We got to be as involved as we wanted and had fun along the way. There was so much food and it was all so yummy. I will definately take another class with Chef Michael!

I treated my friend to a cooking class for her birthday and I'm so glad I did. Chef Michael was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and lots of fun. He tailored the experience to our cooking level and let us decide how hands-on we wanted to be. It's worth mentioning that the food was also delicious and I now know how to make tamales from scratch! 100% would recommend to anyone.

Chef Carolina runs a class that was fun, casual, informative, and also hands on. Immediately, she had tasks for us and was nearby to answer all questions and to give hints and tips. Her recipes were easy to follow, and most importantly, completely delicious, as we were able to enjoy later what we prepared. Most of us we were cooking novices coming in, and this was a laid back way to learn new techniques. As the venue was Chef Carolina's home, this felt like a very personal and unique experience, and it made for a great birthday celebration! Totally recommend this for a relaxing night out with family and friends.

These were seriously the best vegetarian tacos I've ever had. The avocado taco was meaty and crisp, rich and flavorful, and had a dollop of her homemade incredibly rich, dark, roasted salsa. Chef Carolina is a kind and patient teacher, and very happy to talk about how Mexican food can be made healthy and light without sacrificing flavor. She'll also bring out some tortillas made by her family at their local tortilla shop!

Chef Rebecca was wonderful! She made our whole family feel a part of the cooking class and taught my two teenagers some excellent cooking skills. Her recipes were easy to follow, and the food we cooked was delicious. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fun family activity in the kitchen.

Had a fantastic time with Chef Daniel last week! In addition to preparing some absolutely delicious tacos, he taught us useful knife skills, the secret to an amazing chicken marinade, and how to make a fantastic fried fish. Daniel was a real delight, and his personality and breadth of knowledge made the evening both entertaining and educational! Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to up their taco game.

Chef Jason was amazing! I brought my wife for her birthday because she loves to cook but also wanted to sharpen her Mexican cuisine skills. I thought it would be not only a thoughtful gift to her but a creative gift that expressed my love for her and her passion for cooking and eating fine foods. We had such a great time with Chef Jason in the kitchen we plan to do it again and bring friends too. Chef Jason's knowledge of the foods, its history and culture made it a really cool experience. Chef Jason made us feel comfortable and answered every question we had through our 5 hour experience. Our food was delicious and we were able to take food home as well. We took a lot of pictures and videos throughout our day and Chef Jason was great with the photos as well as video. As you can tell from this review, we had a great time. We would highly recommend this experience with Chef Jason! We'll post pics and a video if I can load the video. Also, Chef Jason's location was outstanding! I won't give details due to privacy but it was great! Lastly, our children came through towards the end and Chef Jason was very kind and welcoming despite our busy cooking experience. I really dont know what else to say other than our heart felt feelings towards Chef Jason is that he loves what he does and it was shared within our experience. Chef Jason, I feel like we made a new friend in you and thank you for making my wife's day special! Much loveвќ¤пёЏ and respect for your time and for sharing your passion and knowledge with us today. I received cozy meal as a surprise Valentine's Day present and I loved it. The evening was fun, interactive, hands on and yummy. Chef Michael not only guided us through each step but also gave us so many cool facts on the cooking process I learned several new things that evening. Overall we had a wonderful time and I'd highly suggest this to anyone looking for a fun cooking experience. P.s this makes a great date night surprise

My Girlfriend and I attended Chef Michael's Traditional Mexican Tacos and Tamales class for her birthday and it was excellent. Chef Michael provided a comfortable and clean cooking environment in his lovely home. He focused on the techniques and concepts rather than just the ingredients to provide us with new tools and techniques for when we cook at home. If you are thinking of taking a class with Cozymeal, you will not be disappointed with Chef Michael. We are definitely going to book a class with him in the future.

IвЂ™ve always had a love for cooking, but never really had the knack for it. I absolutely love it though, and I was determined to learn how to cook Tamales to surprise my fiancГ© with them for his birthday; heвЂ™s Mexican originally and I have absolutely no skill cooking Latin foods. When I found out I could take a cooking class and learn how to make, not only Tamales, but Churros too, I signed up immediately. I was horribly nervous on class day, but when I arrived Chef Roxana was so warm and welcoming I very quickly felt comfortable and ready to start cooking. She did a really great job going through all the steps and making them seem simple to complete instead of ominous, and in the end I ended up with some incredibly delicious Tamales and even Churros better than my local Mexican restaurant. I am going to be going to another one of Chef RoxanaвЂ™s classes very soon.

While the chef is very friendly and has a nice home, that is not exactly what I expected nor paid for. I did not make all that is mentioned in the advertisement. My husband and I made guacamole, beef and potatoes, the tortillas for the tacos, and was shown how to make the cinnamon sopapilla's. We did not make cilantro lime rice, avocado crema, nor frijoles borrachos. The event duration was about an hour. Do you typically make only certain parts? If so that should be mentioned when paying. I feel ripped off. Also, the pictures of the food shown in the gallery for the Classic Mexican Street food depict a tortilla being made in a tortilla press, but we fried tortilla's from the store. That is very misleading. There was no "avocado crema" served with the tacos, just the guacamole we made so they were very dry and untasty. The cinnamon honey sopapilla's did not have honey as shown in the gallery as well. The chef fried the tortilla chips and shook them with sugar and cinnamon, no honey drizzle. I'm very confused as to how a menu can be shown that isn't followed. This class is for people who REALLY can't cook, like at all. Save your money and watcha YouTube video.
