Chef Cregg was AMAZING! I would highly recommend any classes Cregg teaches. The food was over the top delicious and I learned how to julienne carrots, cucumber and tofu. The spicy tuna hand rolls were phenomenal! If you are looking for a fun activity along with a delicious meal, look no further than a class taught by Chef Cregg! You will love it!!

Chef Gus was personable, helpful, n great at teaching the class. I am a housewife whoвЂ™s been cooking for 45 years, actually learnt a few new things from Chef Gus that I can apply to my own everyday cooking. I enjoyed my time in the class. The only possible improvement I can offer is with a few supplies items when we have to wait for chef Gus to pass outвЂ¦those can be placed in a more central location of the space n the students can b instructed to get the supplies themselves, e,g. Water for the bao dough, Saran Wrap to cover dough, as well as take out containers. Thank you!

Loved our evening with Chef Cregg! Chef had great positive energy and was a wonderful teacher - we learned a lot and had fun doing it. We were challenged but we weren't intimidated - it can be tough to find that balance. Can't wait to try out our new panzanella and pasta-making skills at home. Would definitely recommend this class!

It was fun for the first time ever doing one of these. But maybe we shouldnвЂ™t have gone to one where we were very familiar with the food? Hand rolls were the best! The peanut sauce was my least favorite thing, but IвЂ™ve had and made lots of peanut sauces. The stir fry was not really stir fry but a soggy mess. Dessert delicious. Meeting new people for some laughs was excellent. Now I have an idea what these events are like.

Would recommend this class to ANYONE, first time taking one of Chef CreggвЂ™s classes and will definitely be back! Bought this for my mother as a birthday present and will do this for years to come. The food was incredible, the class was taught in a way where not only did the food come out incredible but the lesson was retainable. Wish I could give 10/5 as this was a Perfect experience.

We had a ball. At the last minute, I was able to add my daughter, so it was fun going together. Our chef was terrific. Very knowledgeable. Our 2 hour adventure turned into three, but we needed that time. FYI for the future. Really enjoyable, small group, lots of hands-on experience for us. He made it easy to follow what he was saying. By the end, my brain was shut down so all the great stuff he shared about the noodles flew by my brain, but they were delicious when I finally ate them today. Anyway, it was a really great experience. I like the venue, I've been there before picking up a friend of mine who took really big long fancy cooking classes there. She was a big long fancy cooking person. I on the other hand like these very small classes that are over and done with in a matter of hours. I look forward to coming again, and I will look forward to your classes in the future as well. Thank you, Goldey.

Chef Cregg does not just provide education, he creates an experience. Chef Cregg set the tone for every single moment of this cooking class. His creative style will have you at the edge of your cutting board all night long - all while jamming out to an excellent music playlist. Chef Cregg teaches kitchen etiquette, knife handling, craftiness, and even how humor is vitally important in the midst of it all. Regardless of your cooking background, you will definitely enjoy the journey through this class. 10/10!!!
