Embark on a journey of discovery covering a trio of beloved global cuisines.

Discover the essence of authentic Vietnamese, Korean and Thai dining with an in-person cooking class that brings adventurous cooking to your home kitchen. Chef Carole is your guide for a tour of these incredible cultures, each offering a distinctive dining experience.

You'll test your wrapping skills with Vietnamese spring rolls stuffed with savory shrimp. Later, turn out tender Korean glass noodles topped with steak and an array of vegetables. Finally, transform simple rice, mango and coconut milk into a traditional Thai dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Date night, check! Our cooking class with Chef Carole felt like having dinner at the home of a friend — only we’d never met before. We learned better knife techniques, the proper way to flavor layer a stir fry, and how to skin a mango (you need a glass), and then shared an incredible meal. Such a great experience — and gift!

My fiance and I had a blast learning to cook with confidence delicious meals. We had fun learning about different ingredients and how to use them. We had fun talking to chef Carole and her husband. Chef Carole set up a really fun and interactive experience. We'd recommend this experience for good food and a great time learning.
