My boyfriend and I booked Chef Mateus' Thai Cooking Class for Valentines Day, and it was the perfect event for that occasion! He was very attentive in picking recipes and ingredients that, while unique and representative of the cuisine, are easily accessible to the average kitchen. He additionally gave us each tips while we were following along with his instruction that we will actually use in our day to day cooking. We both had a great time with Chef Mateus and would 100% recommend his classes!

I brought my spouse to Chef Mateus's kitchen as a birthday surprise gift. The experience exceeded our expectations! Not only did we get tons of valuable knowledge about Thai cuisine and tips&tricks for achieving a mouth-watering flavor, but we also had lots of fun and got to take the remainings of our dinner home - that's how much food we cooked together. It was incredible, and we're planning to come back. Chef Mateus taught us so much about cuts and spices, I already feel like a better cook. Thank you very much.

I loved the experience! I joined a group of two couples and we prepared together a multi-course Thai dish which was delicious! Chef Micheal is kind and very knowledgeable which made the experience really nice.

Chef Jessica is so real and interesting, she really understands what it's like for a normal person to make dinner on the regular, the menu that I experienced I could make easily at home without much stress. She's very passionate about making healthy food taste good and I was blown away by how simple and easy it is! I had no idea!

Chef Robin is an excellent chef, especially when it comes to vegan cuisine and when you meet her and hear more about her background, you find out quickly that this comes to no surprise since she and her husband are the owners of one of the best vegan restaurants in the UK. They are now in the US but still travel to the UK to check on their restaurant.

Chef Maew was an absolute delight! First and foremost, her Thai food was absolutely delicious... I was in a food coma by the end of the lesson! And her venue was BEAUTIFUL. You could see the harbor from her living room! I will definitely take Chef Maew's class again.

Chef Liila has the most beautiful, perfect property I have ever seen. It is completely full of edible trees, plants, and bushes -- it feels like some sort of incredible botanical garden where everything is edible. From kinds of guava I've never seen before to types of kale I've never heard of to a rare Brazilian fruit that was absolutely foreign to me, this property has everything. And her food! The flavors were so beautiful and thoughtful, and the presentations were great. I can't wait till it's warm again to try and make Chef Liila's granita!

Date night, check! Our cooking class with Chef Carole felt like having dinner at the home of a friend вЂ” only weвЂ™d never met before. We learned better knife techniques, the proper way to flavor layer a stir fry, and how to skin a mango (you need a glass), and then shared an incredible meal. Such a great experience вЂ” and gift!

Really fun and comfortable experience taking a cooking class here. The class is in a converted house, which makes for a really interesting space that can accommodate cooking, a dining area, and plants and an outdoor garden that provide some of the ingredients you cook with! We took the Distinctive Tastes of Thailand class - food was delicious, and I appreciated learning about each individual ingredient and how it contributes to the recipe. I'm not much of a cook, but I felt at ease and empowered in the class, and came away with a some new skills, knowledge and recipes in my arsenal.

Took the class with Kamilla Kurmanbekova; she did an excellent job taking us through the courses, explaining why we were doing things a certain way, and the result was amazing dishes. She kept us entertained throughout the process and kept it casual while still being informative. Would highly recommend giving it a shot.

I had an incredible experience in Chef MarkвЂ™s Thai cooking class! He taught us how to make amazing dishes like som tum, tom kha gai, and pad see ew, and made the entire process so much fun. Mark is not only knowledgeable and talented, but heвЂ™s also super nice, helpful, and has a great sense of humor. Thai Feast class. (We were a couple doing a Thurs PM class). Loved it! Such an intelligent, charming and well travelled chef. Restaurant quality result that can work perfectly at home, in one frying pan. Super class, veg prep, knife skills, food prep tips so much beyond the recipe, great advice about ingredients and some good pointers for quality utensils.
