I surprised my fiancГ© with a private cooking class with Francesca as an early ValentineвЂ™s Day gift. The last time we had truly authentic Italian food was in Italy, and this was the first time we experienced fresh, homemade Italian cuisine since returning. Francesca, who is from Sardinia, was warm and welcoming as she shared her style of cooking from scratch, showing us how to simplify Italian dishes. My fiancГ©e is pregnant, and Francesca was incredibly helpful in guiding us on how to modify our mealsвЂ”such as pasteurizing eggs and adjusting the tiramisu recipe. The result was the best tiramisu weвЂ™ve ever had, and now weвЂ™ll always want to make it ourselves! We highly recommend learning from Francesca, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

A few weeks ago, my fiancГ© and I had the most fulfilling experience taking a Moroccan cooking class with Chef Yasmina! We were paired with 2 other people, so it was a small group of 4, plus Chef, which made for a personal and fun atmosphere. From the moment we stepped into her home, we were surrounded by warmth and beautyвЂ”her glassware, houseplants, decor, and stories all reflecting her worldly charm. The class was incredibly instructive, offering not only insights into the cuisine but also rich Moroccan traditions. Chef Yasmina let us tailor the experience, allowing us to decide how much we wanted to cook versus observe. Every dish we prepared was absolutely delicious! She even gifted us some extra oranges, fresh from her garden. I canвЂ™t recommend booking with her enoughвЂ”10 out of 10!

I booked a session for my sister as her Christmas gift. We did the Asian Cuisine Class... Very fun and unique experience! Chef Mo was so kind and offered suggestions/feedback on what you do/don't like on your food. He explains why he does certain things when cooking and offers tips! Would definitely love to do again sometime. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! Chef Mo clearly loves to cook and share his love for what he does with people... You will not regret it!

Had a great time cooking and chatting with Chef Luana. Learned how to make healthy and delicious food in a realistic kitchen setting - can't wait to cook the amazing dishes at home. Pineapple with burrata was an amazing combo, and the homemade bread was great too! Risotto was mouthwatering, especially with a few tips from Chef Luana on how to make it super creamy and flavorful (and still healthy!). Chef Luana was very welcoming, and her place felt like home! We would love to be back for more classes. Recommend this class!

Chef Luana is a wonderful cooking instructor! We had a really fun time creating pasta from scratch- Chef Luana's own recipe from her restaurant in Italy. On top of that, we got to dine in her home and have her home-made tiramisu for desert after. It was truly a fun and unique experience. Would highly recommend anyone who is interested in learning how to cook an authentic Italian recipe to check out her classes. She hosts everything from 1:1 classes (what we did) to group birthday events. Thank you Chef Luana!!

Chef Rebecca was great! She was very communicative (asking about food allergies and being open to cooking at our place or hers), inviting (we cooked at her place), and friendly. Her recipes were educational (how to make regional Italian dishes), interesting (we could personalize our own flatbread pizzas), and delicious. I would definitely consider taking another class from her in the future and highly recommend her to others considering doing a Cozymeal cooking class.

One of the most fun culinary experiences IвЂ™ve ever had. Chef Luana is the real deal. To be making pasta from scratch in her own home felt like we were in Italy. SheвЂ™s been cooking since she was 18 and was a great teacher. We could really feel the love for what she does and in the food. We loved sitting down afterwards and saying вЂњwe made this pasta!вЂќ And it was SO good. Highly recommend for a date night. We met some fun people. Overall a wonderful evening!

We had a wonderful birthday celebration dinner prepared and served by Chef Mert, who is easy-going, personable, and professional. I had asked Chef Mert to teach us knife skills which he prepared for by choosing a menu that required slicing, dicing, julienning and knife sharpening! We made a delicious vegetable soup (thickening secret = plain Greek yogurt with some flour mixed into it!) and a flavorful ratatouille with a pan-cooked chicken breast, cut up and tossed with the vegetables. Melt in your mouth goodness. Prior to that, Mert preheated the oven and prepared a whole chicken with plenty of garlic, pepper and salt, lemon and rosemary, rubbing the chicken liberally with olive oil. And while it cooked and we helped him prepare the soup, we opened and shared a bottle of wine. Mert cut up a panoply of fresh fruit, tossed in their own juices and refrigerated. While we enjoyed our soup (there was enough for seconds, and thirds on the next day), Mert plated the chicken and ratatouille. A perfectly roasted chicken, moist, tender and flavorful. We had enough left for 4 more meals. We were so happy and impressed that Mert cleaned up the dishes, counters and sink so well, and left our kitchen as clean and neat as he found it. He arrived shortly before 6pm to set up, and left a bit after 8:30. We helped ourselves to the fruit salad which tasted even better than expected, after half an hour in the refrigerator. The evening was great, as was MertвЂ™s company. He is from Turkey and learned to cook from his grandmothers. Chef Mert has worked in first-rate kitchens but says he never went to cooking school. Shows you that good cooking is an innate talent. It would be fun to have him back to cook an authentic Turkish meal! Kudos to Chef Mert and CozyMeals. P.S. We gave Mert a tip in person.

I had the pleasure of booking Chef Cregg for a private Mother's Day French vegan cooking experience with my mom and it was absolutely fantastic! Chef Cregg's cooking space was inviting and equipped with top notch equipment and high quality vegan ingredients. His instructions were superb and he provided excellent support throughout. Chef Cregg's warm and kind personality made the experience even more enjoyable. We had a lot of fun and learned so much. It was a memorable Mother's Day that we will cherish forever. I highly recommend Chef Cregg, even for non vegans. The food was delicious and eye opening, showcasing the possibilities of plant-based eating. The three-hour experience was perfectly curated and the meals were incredibly decadent. We left feeling stuffed and satisfied. Chef Cregg's culinary skills are truly exceptional - the flavors and textures of the dishes were outstanding. You won't be disappointed with his cooking! I can't say enough great things about Chef Cregg! I booked him for a private lesson with my wife and I for her birthday and we were so happy with the night. Not only was the food delicious, he taught us great skills, introduced us to new methods of cooking and he brought great energy and vibes the whole night! We are already talking about other dates to work with him again, maybe even with more people because he's a gem that more people need to meet. Highly, highly recommend! And for context, we had the French Vegan Dinner, which was INCREDIBLE. My wife and I are both vegan and he made sure that we were well taken care of. We also had plenty of leftovers which we really appreciate as meal preppers ourselves.

We had a fabulous time. Chef Luana took her time and showed us step by step how to make the pasta dough; process the dough through the machine; and to cook the pasta. He explained the thinking behind the cooking to get things just perfect, which I really appreciated. He is a very polite and chill person; very easy and fun to talk to! Our pasta making class with Chef Luana was fantastic. The directions to her apartment were very clear. Her apartment was clean and organized with lots of work space. The class was small, only consisting of four of us, which catered to her providing us with individual attention. She had previously prepared two different sauce types that we got to try. Once we prepared the two different pastas she cooked them up and we ate a delicious meal. You could tell Chef Luana was very passionate about her work for cooking and teaching. This was a great activity and I would definitely come again in the future.
