Cooking Class - French Food Favorites
Make a 4-course meal for a king with help and guidance from Chef Rick.
This hands-on cooking class will teach you the basics of French flavors and ingredients through classic dishes and techniques.
For your soup course, you’ll learn how to cook a traditional French onion soup au gratin. Next, you’ll whip together a fresh French salad with seasonal greens and a Dijon vinaigrette. For your main course, Chef Rick will teach you how to make a perfect beef bourguignon with a side of pommes duchesse potatoes and garlic-roasted asparagus. Finally, you’ll craft a delightful apple tarte tatin.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
