Chef Cregg knows that being a good cook is about more than following recipes; it's really all about technique. In this interactive cooking class, you'll handcraft four traditional French recipes completely from scratch.

Learn all about the south of France and it's rustic cuisine as you prepare a crisp salad of haricots verts, shallots, mustard and tarragon. Then, make fried potato puffs with mushrooms, and a peppery brandy sauce for your pan-seared steak. End with a French classic for dessert: CrГЄpes with an orange reduction.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
