Chef Luana was phenomenal. She is a true Italian chef with 30+ years experience owning a pizza restaurant. Not only was she a great teacher, but her stories of the "homeland" were truly endearing. We had a wonderful time and truly took our pizza making skills to the next level. Highly recommended!

Had a great time cooking and chatting with Chef Luana. Learned how to make healthy and delicious food in a realistic kitchen setting - can't wait to cook the amazing dishes at home. Pineapple with burrata was an amazing combo, and the homemade bread was great too! Risotto was mouthwatering, especially with a few tips from Chef Luana on how to make it super creamy and flavorful (and still healthy!). Chef Luana was very welcoming, and her place felt like home! We would love to be back for more classes. Recommend this class!

Chef Luana is the real deal, and even has her own restaurant in Italy! My husband and I took her pizza-making class and loved it! She was friendly, patient, humorous, and informative, making sure we learned but also had fun. And she infused some stories and tidbits about her Italian culture! Luana provided the perfect balance of giving us participation/experience at every level, but also having some items prepped because they take longer (ex: yeast needs hours to proof and and dough needs to rise, so we made our own to learn how but she had dough prepped and ready to use) We got to make 3 different pizzas, with some options to customize. They were all beautiful and delicious! The crust was light and crispy and unlike any other; we can't wait to try out what we learned, at home. We would definitely recommend Luana and one of her many Italian cooking classes!

Chef Rebecca was great! She was very communicative (asking about food allergies and being open to cooking at our place or hers), inviting (we cooked at her place), and friendly. Her recipes were educational (how to make regional Italian dishes), interesting (we could personalize our own flatbread pizzas), and delicious. I would definitely consider taking another class from her in the future and highly recommend her to others considering doing a Cozymeal cooking class.

So much fun! Luana was a wonderful chef who was just a joy to be around. It is quite exhausting, cooking all of that pasta, but it was delicious! I wish I could have taken some of the sauce home with me because it was just so yummy. Would definitely book another class with Chef Luana again!

Chef Luana was extremely nice and threw in a bunch of extra stuff that wasn't even on the menu, like her amazing focaccia and lemon granita. The whole experience was fantastic! Parking outside of her complex was super easy and the place was very nice!

Her recipes are absolutely amazing and she even makes her bread in-house! pictures and words can't describe how amazing the food tasted. This class was amazing!! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate his birthday and we both had a blast. Chef Luana was extremely welcoming and kind, and it was very fun to learn how to make gnocchi from her. She also prepared bruschetta and dessert, and all of it was top tier. There were two other couples as well, and it was very fun to get to interact with them and eat with them after we made the food. 10/10 would recommend, and we will definitely be back!

Our class was wonderful. As soon as we walked in, Chef Luana made us feel at home. She decorated the table for Valentines Day which was a thoughtful touch! There were two other couples there and it was just the right size group to get to know each other a bit and enjoy a meal with everyone together. We each had a few minutes to work with her in the kitchen, and the rest of the time we listened and watched as the recipe came together. The only thing that would have been nice is if we each had some food preparation task or something else we could do to participate more. Overall it was a really fun and interesting experience. :)

Amazing experience! This was our first time using cozy meal and our experience with Chef Luana exceeded our expectations. My fiancГ© and I had the best bruschetta weвЂ™ve ever had. My son and I had a great time learning how to make pastry dough as well as how to use the pastry dough to make three very delicious treats. My family thoroughly enjoyed tasting ALL of our tasty treats; we could not determine which was our favorite. You will come away having learned a lot about laminated dough and will come away with more than just good food, but also good memories.

What a wonderful experience! We attended the pizza making class with Chef Luana and, seriously, we made the best pizza we have ever eaten! Chef Luana has over 30 years of experience making pizza (most of that time at a popular pizzeria + ristorante in Italy) and you will notice that. The process of making good pizza dough is complex and Chef Luana walks you elegantly through ever step of the way. And, at the end of the class, she also had two nice surprises for us: one special dough with the shape of a ravioli (sorry chef, I forgot the name) and a delicious tiramisu. All in all, 5/5 stars! Thank you Chef Luana!

Chef Luana shares her traditional Italian pizza secrets. I booked her pizza class for my nephewвЂ™s 13th birthday and boy did she go above and beyond for us. She taught us everything we needed to know and we were able to sit and enjoy our very own delicious pizza at the end. She even baked a cake for my nephew and had a gift for him. She made the class a fun, covid safe and educational class. My nephew absolutely had so much fun and hearing him giggle throughout the class gave me so much joy. I did this as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday, and the gnocchi did not disappoint. The dining table setup was classically done and prepped for the multiple courses and tastings we had, and all of the skills we learned felt extremely authentic to original Italian cooking. Chef Luana's demeanor was warm and inviting, which helped us feel right at home and comfortable cooking in her kitchen. The couple we shared the class with was friendly and added further to a great evening!

Chef Luana was amazing. Not only did she give an amazing cooking class where we made the most delicious gnocchi IвЂ™ve ever had, she was so sweet and welcoming and her stories were so beautiful they almost brought us to tears. This was an experience we will remember forever. Not to mention she gave us all of the information and skills to take the recipe back home, so we will make it often and think of her! She also made us an incredible appetizer of deep fried olives and bruschetta and provided a beautiful birthday cake for another member of our group whose birthday it was. We had a wonderful afternoon learning how to make gnocchi with Chef Luana. She was a wonderful teacher and the food was delicious. Not only did we learn how to make the perfect gnocchi, but also an amazing five-cheese sauce. We also tasted her homemade bread and pizza dough. And then she topped off the meal with affogato and tiramisu. I planned this as a birthday present for my husband and we could not have had a better experience. Highly recommended!

Such a fabulous experience! Bekah herself is warm and welcoming and makes you feel comfortable right away. Her knowledge and skills as a chef are top notch and we learned how to enjoy all our delectable favorites in a vegan and healthy manner. I donвЂ™t know which is best - the cashew cheese that really tastes like cheese, making vegan pasta feeling like we were in Italy rolling out the pasta noodles, or the avocado chocolate mousse. All incredible! And we got the full recipes after so we wonвЂ™t forget. Would gladly do another Cozymeal experience with Chef Bekah!
