During this immersive cooking class, you'll confidently learn how to make meatless Italian classics. Chef Jasmin will be your host, guiding you in crafting a feast using fresh produce.

Chef Jasmin will show you how to assemble a refreshing antipasto salad with artichoke, basil and tomato, master the proper techniques for browning butter in a saucepan to top spinach and ravioli and craft a beautiful vanilla, blueberry and lemon compote panna cotta from scratch for dessert. This class promises to be everything and more on your culinary journey.
