During this immersive cooking class, you'll confidently learn how to make meatless Italian classics. Chef Jasmin will be your host, guiding you in crafting a feast using fresh produce.

Chef Jasmin will show you how to assemble a refreshing antipasto salad with artichoke, basil and tomato, master the proper techniques for browning butter in a saucepan to top spinach and ravioli and craft a beautiful vanilla, blueberry and lemon compote panna cotta from scratch for dessert. This class promises to be everything and more on your culinary journey.

We had an incredible experience with Chef Jasmine. She arrived looking professional in a very nice chef's uniform and came fully prepared with everything she needed—including her own serving ware—which made the whole process completely hands-off for us. From the moment she stepped into the kitchen, she took charge with ease and confidence. The food was absolutely delicious, with multiple generous courses and a lovely dessert that rounded out the meal perfectly. Beyond her culinary skills, she brought a fun, energetic spirit to the evening and was incredibly polite and engaging. After the meal, she even took care of cleanup and loaded the dishwasher—truly above and beyond. She's more than just a chef; she’s like a personal food guru. Highly recommend!
