Your culinary journey begins with a refreshing chilled corn soup. This is followed by a vibrant tomato salad. Next, savor the fresh flavors of crab cakes paired with a rich sauce. Enjoy a succulent filet mignon served with creamy mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal vegetables and garlic confit. For dessert, the chef will serve an elegant pavlova meringue-based treat topped with fresh fruit to finish on a sweet note. Boot today.
