A four-course French seafood dining adventure awaits you, with Chef Bobby as your guide. You’ll enjoy a home-cured bacon, sea scallop and French lentil appetizer before refreshing your palate with a watercress and citrus salad dressed with champagne vinaigrette. Then, a pan-seared striped bass filet and truffled barley will provide a hearty main course. Your voyage concludes on a sweet note with a classic tarte tatin.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had the pleasure of having Chef Bobby come to our house and prepare a four course meal, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Chef Bobby's culinary skills are truly top notch, and he was able to create an incredible menu that perfectly suited his skills and expanded our horizons. What really set Chef Bobby apart, however, was his incredible personality and entertaining style. He made the entire experience so enjoyable and engaging, with fascinating stories and insights into his craft, that we were truly entertained from start to finish. Each course was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures that left us all absolutely delighted. From the appetizer to the dessert, every dish was a work of art that demonstrated Chef Bobby's incredible talent and passion for cooking. Overall, I can't recommend Chef Bobby highly enough. If you're looking for an unforgettable culinary experience that combines great food, entertainment, and a unique and memorable atmosphere, then Chef Bobby is the way to go.
