Celebrate the lightness and brightness of Spring with this curated menu and private chef experience with Chef Benoit. Vibrant colors from seasonal vegetables are an ode to the newly blooming flowers. Buttery, sautГ©ed oyster mushrooms and delicate green peas complement juicy, jumbo shrimp while hints of freshly picked tarragon make the perfect herb crust for a roasted rack of lamb. For dessert, beautiful shades of red and pink rhubarb atop a sweet custard, drizzled with a fresh strawberry coulis make for the perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Benoit recently came over to cook for us for our 5 year anniversary and he was spectacular. We had the escargot, beef bourguignon, and chocolate soufflГ©. He also recommended a wine to pair with it. It was all amazing!! We have two little ones, and he was very flexible with starting a little later so the kids could get to bed first. We got to chat with him for a bit and learned he has 40+ experience of cooking around the world. His food was delicious and we would definitely love to eat with him again!! Thank you for making our anniversary so special, Chef!!
