Savor exquisite seafood delights in this private chef experience.
Discover fresh seafood flavors, crafted from the finest local produce in this private chef experience. Chef Vasily will begin by serving you a scrumptious plate of fresh oyster, complemented with arugula pesto and black caviar. Then, you'll enjoy a delicious tuna tartare appetizer. Enjoy pan-seared scallops served with a buckwheat perlau and an array of tasty vegetables for your main. Savor a spice-roasted halibut with broken-rice pulao, carrot-ginger purée and an optional country ham. Indulge in a delicious pavlova made with mascarpone cream and fresh berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
