Following this, we prepared tournedos of beef filet accompanied by a rich and savory oyster mushroom fricassГ©e. The potatoes au gratin were perfectly creamy, while the green asparagus added a vibrant touch to the palette of dishes. Tiffany was FANTASTIC. She was so friendly and engaging! She was super organized and was comfortable in our kitchen. We learned a TON amd she must have answered 100 questions with a smile. The food was soooo good. Most importantly, we are confident that we can cook this menu again! Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed SallyвЂ™s Mediterranean cooking class! She gave us insightful prep and cooking tips while imparting her general philosophy of her approach to cooking. She encouraged our active participation and answered our many questions. We particularly enjoyed her warmth and friendliness throughout the evening. Within a short time, it felt as though we had known her for a much longer time. We would highly recommend Sally to anyone looking for an evening of good company, delicious food, and sharpening of cooking skills!

Chef Kisha provided a top notch Cozymeal experience! Despite icy roads she arrived at our place right on time, and she was extremely fun yet professional for the entire evening. I learned how to sear salmon, which was my main goal, and my wife enjoyed the delicious/nutritious meal. My biggest surprise was how much we savored Chef Kisha's extremely simple appetizer of fresh tomatoes on baked rosemary crostini. As a school teacher, I was also very impressed with how Chef Kisha kept things flowing (building in time for us to eat while she finished dessert) and wrapped her class up right at the 3 hour time! Mediterranean cuisine is one of the healthiest cuisines in the world and many doctors recommend it as a diet. Chef Wendy is the perfect chef to introduce you to Middle Eastern cooking. In her Middle Eastern cooking class, she will teach you how you can make delicious dishes with healthy ingredients within just a few minutes. In the end, we sat down and enjoyed her food. I really liked the hummus we made from scratch which was 1000 times better than any humus I have eaten in any restaurant or bought from any supermarket. I recommend this cooking class to anyone in Washington, DC who want to learn how to make simple and healthy Mediterranean dishes.

We decided to book Chef Benoit for a ValentineвЂ™s Day dinner/date. My partner and I came in with different cooking abilities and both found the experience enjoyable! Chef Benoit prepared a delicious menu that was easy to follow while still exposing us to French cuisine and techniques! He was easy to talk to and was happy to answer any questions we had about the process. Overall, a very enjoyable time if you are looking to learn more about cooking and eat a lovely meal afterwards.

Today I celebrated my birthday with my daughter at Chef BenoitвЂ™s home. Him and his wife were very inviting and made us comfortable from the time we arrived. He was very accommodating by making changes to the original menu due to my diet restrictions, although it was last minute changes, everything turned out delicious!!! I would definitely recommend him for all cozymeal first timers or returning customers!! Thanks Chef Benoit for an amazing birthday meal!

Loved the experience! Chef was so personable and knowledgeable. Very warming atmosphere and recipes cooked and prepared were absolutely delicious. My only con would be the fact that you potentially have to share the space and foods being prepared with another couple/people. We were lucky enough to not have to do that but the other couples did just based on the way the stations were set up. But in all I would definitely return and enjoyed getting to shop afterwards.

We had an awesome experience with Chef Kisha! The food was absolutely delicious and she did a great job of sharing her seasoning and cooking tips with our dinner party of 8. Chef Wendy is a native New Yorker. Her no-fuss style and down to earth manner make for a fun class. Guests gather around the granite island in her airy kitchen and learn step by step how to make delicious hummus, salads and flatbreads from just a few ingredients. Chef Wendy is passionate about de-mystifying cooking and she does a great job of making her guests feel comfortable and at home. The food was delicious from the creamy hummus to the spicy Harissa carrots and it was a fun experience.

The entire experience was false advertising. First of all, the person leading the class was not Chef Paul or a chef at all. When selecting a class, I based my decision largely on the chef. Second, the lesson was totally rushed. Some parts of the meal were already prepared beforehand. We were so rushed we could not even learn along the way -- or hear the instructor -- how we were preparing the meal. We were told to take the instructions home and read them later. As a result, the "class" was 1.5 hours, not two hours as advertised, with an 8-minute break so the potatoes could cook. I could have stayed at home and read from a cookbook and had the same experience. For $100 per person, it came up short and I would like a refund.

Paid for a booking for 5 but called on Fri as one had Covid. Called again this morning as second person was ill. When I checked in chef was quite rude as the person I spoke to hadnвЂ™t told them. Also no one spoke to me about refund since first party size reduction was over 48 hours. When you pay almost $100 person you expect certain things. Safety is utmost. Took our mandolin protector to give to another group and told us offhandedly to use a towel. Spent 90% of the time dealing with that same group and got irritated when other groups asked for help. We had no salt and pepper, butter, some other ingredients were missing and again chef got annoyed with us. Unacceptable. Certain chefs may be great in the kitchen but not instructors. This was one of those occasions. Chef did not know recipe and so did not instruct well at all. Class ran over and recipes were not available. This class was disorganized and honestly expected much higher quality for . Will never attend or recommend this to anyone.
