From the moment my wife and I stepped into his kitchen, Chef Gustavo's warm and personable nature put us at ease. His passion for cooking was immediately evident as he introduced us to the evening's menu, which featured a delightful array of dishes. We began with sautГ©ed shrimp infused with garlic, parsley, and dried chiles de ГЎrbol atop green plantain cakes. Chef Gustavo guided us through the process of preparing and cooking the plantains, demonstrating techniques that were both practical and impressive. Chef Gustavo's professional demonstration made a seemingly daunting task accessible and fun, especially with wrapping fillets in banana leaves. The sweet crГЄpes for dessert were the perfect conclusion to the meal. Chef Gustavo's couples cooking class was as enriching as enjoyable, highlighting Chef Gustavo's vast expertise and ability to create an engaging and informative atmosphere. Clear instructions and helpful tips made it easy for everyone to achieve perfect results; the hands-on approach made us feel confident and capable as we worked through each step. Throughout the class, his anecdotes and personal stories added a delightful layer of entertainment. Chef Gustavo's cooking class was a fantastic blend of learning and enjoyment. His expert guidance and personable teaching style made for an unforgettable culinary evening.

Chef Gustavo was absolutely awesome!! HeвЂ™s a great storyteller, teacher, entertainer, and most importantly, an unbelievable chef! The salmon wrapped in banana leaves was perfectly done, and the shrimp appetizer was extremely flavorful. IвЂ™d highly recommend a chef Gustavo class to anyone whoвЂ™s looking to celebrate a special occasion, or simply to break from the usual restaurant routine. Will definitely be going back!

We've now taken Chef Made Master's sushi courses multiple times, and every time we learn a lot, have a great time, and eat a ton of sushi. He's so good at leading the courses - really nice guy, and he's incredibly talented.

Chef Made Master was very patient and friendly with all of our questions and taught us a multitude of sushi cultures! Lots of techniques were taught by Chef Made Master, and he also helps you learn how making sushi can be so easy! My lady and I had a lot of fun with Chef Made Master!

My girlfriend and I went to Chef Made Master's house and even though it was just the two of us we had an absolutely great time. Chef Made was a very gracious host and obviously a great teacher as well. He did a good job of making the class fun, and the sushi we ended up making was delicious, so I definitely recommend booking this class with him if you're looking for a fun way to learn how to make (and eat!) some sushi.

My boyfriend and I booked this cooking class for our anniversary and had a great experience! All of the food we made was delicious and the ambience of Chef Yolande's house was perfect. My boyfriend and I both have very basic cooking skills and Chef Yolande was very patient with us and showed us the best way to prepare, cut, and cook everything. Would definitely recommend this experience to others!

We just left Chef Judith and a wonderful Italian cooking experience. We learned so much about flavoring, blending, вЂњcutting on a biasвЂќ and вЂњmise en Place. Preparing the food we worked up a healthy appetite just in time to enjoy the end-product, the four course Italian meal. It was fabulous. The instructor was excellent and very personable - just an overall enjoyable experience. WeвЂ™re already looking into another class with Chef Judith.

Chef Judith was amazing! She is quite personable and was able to teach us both by example and just by speaking us through each step. We were paired with another couple, and both the husband of that couple and myself are quite gregarious, but Judith was able to keep us in check most of the evening. The food was spectacular and we will definitely make the courses again here at home.

Chef Made was truly an amazing experience. He came with all the materials necessary and taught us everything we needed to know about making sushi. He even went out and brought Toro (Fatty Tuna) because it was my favorite. He kept in great communication the entire time, was very polite and kind, and also brought us a bottle of sake as a gift. If you're still reading this, do yourself a favor and book him now!

This class was everything that we hoped it would be! Chef Judith welcomed up to our class warmly, and explained the process to us. She described proper cooking, especially cutting technique to us, and the reason behind it. She walked us through the menu that she had created and then modified specifically for us (to meet our allergy needs). The cooking experience was fun, but we also felt like we learned a lot too! Chatting with Chef Judith was another highlight of the experience. It was really cool to see how we could seemlessly prepare such an amazing FOUR course meal ourselves with her guidance and teaching. Sitting down to eat it all at the end was amazing. The food was delicious, and perfectly cooked! She was even prepared with to go containers so that we could bring home what we had left over (we had made so much). It really was an amazing time, and learning experience! One of our best date nights yet! We would definitely recommend it! Thanks Chef Judith!!
