One of the most fun things IвЂ™ve ever done! My BF and I have been ravin about it for days. Justin was super helpful, hilarious, and made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious, and he went above and beyondвЂ”chatting with us about anything, taking tons of pictures (so sweet!), and letting us get creative with handrolls + other rolls after making the main menu items. We were in a bit of a rush at the end, and somehow, he cleaned everything up in like 10 minutes. Highly recommend. We were also STUFFED and had leftovers.

My boyfriend and I had such a fun experience with this sushi class! Chef Justin was kind and patient, guiding us through various sushi-making techniques. He thoughtfully accommodated my allergies, ensuring the menu was both gluten-free and dairy-free. Everything was well-organized and timely, and most importantly, the sushi we created was absolutely delicious! I can't recommend Chef Justin enough for anyone looking to try their hand at sushi making skills!

Chef Justin was wonderful! He is very nice, clean, and so prepared! We had a wonderful experience learning new cooking techniques. We made a cucumber-seaweed salad and several different sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. He also brought matcha ice cream for us to enjoy later. We loved this experience and definitely recommend!

Chef Justin is warm and welcoming. We learned about the history of sushi but we also acquired the skills to make it ourselves. The class was exceptionally well-organized, with all the necessary ingredients and tools laid out neatly. Chef Justin's attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explain the importance of selecting the freshest fish and perfecting knife skills. His explanations were clear and easy to follow. This attention to aesthetics elevated the entire sushi-making experience to a true work of art. It was a truly memorable meal, and he was able to make substitutions and the birthday super special.

For our sonвЂ™s 16th Birthday we surprised him with a CozyMeal cooking class with Chef Andrea! For someone who truly enjoys cooking & learning, he had the absolute BEST time ever. Chef Andrea picked up on his joy and made this a fun learning experience guiding him through every part of our Asian themed 3-course dinner. In the end, not only was everything delicious AND there were left overs, but two weeks later, our son followed Chef AndreaвЂ™s steps to recreate the meal including the wonton soup! We had an excellent cooking experience with Chef Greg. We signed up for the "Vegetarian Favorites of Asia" course for a date night, and we absolutely loved it. Chef Greg encouraged us to participate, and we gladly took him up on it. This was one of the best experiences that I've been a part of, and I recommend it 100%.

I signed up for the "Southeast Asian Inspiration" as a birthday present for a friend. Such a great experience! quote "one of best presents she's ever gotten". Chef Greg let us be as involved as we wanted, brought all of the ingredients, and did such a great job leaving the kitchen cleaner than when we started! All of the food was delicious, especially the pho and the panna cotta!

The whole experience was incredible! From the moment we walked into his home, he made us feel welcome and as if we were old friends. We did the Thai class resulting in the best Thai food that I've found in the DC area. Chef Charles a top-notch educator, conversationalist, and chef, and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in an experience like this. I'll definitely be coming back for his other courses.

Going into this experience I had no idea what to expect. IвЂ™ve never used cozy meal before. I have to say this is one of the best dining experiences IвЂ™ve had and IвЂ™ve lived around the DC area for 20 years. Chef Charles home is beautifully finished and very cozy and welcoming. The chef himself is intelligent, entertaining and charming. He instantly made everybody feel welcome in his home. He prepared spring rolls, pad Thai and mango sticky rice. There was abundant opportunity to jump into the cooking process at any point. He took his time and thoroughly explained what he was doing at each step and allowed diners to taste how the flavors changed as he added ingredients. There were people of various experience levels at the dinner and all thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely book again with chef Charles. I should also mention that the food was plentiful. IвЂ™m a very big guy with a large appetite and I was unable to finish my meal! So you will not leave hungry!

Chef Charles is an AMAZING Chef! We thoroughly enjoyed how he explained each ingredient and the importance of blending sauces to balance the taste. We were prepared to actively participate in the cooking, however watching Chef Charles passionately cook for us was an exhilarating experience. You can appreciate when a person is passionate about cooking when you notice how many spices they have and excitement of using fresh ingredients to put together a delicious meal. We will definitely come back to Chef Charles for another lovely experience and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasurable and extremely tasty meal.

This was a great experience, Yolande she was a pleasure. She explained the cooking steps and the reasons for certain ingredients to a novice like myself. She told stories of what certain spices reminded her of from growing up. The food was amazing and there is plenty of it. We will look to do it again with Yolande soon.

My girlfriend and I went to Chef Made Master's house and even though it was just the two of us we had an absolutely great time. Chef Made was a very gracious host and obviously a great teacher as well. He did a good job of making the class fun, and the sushi we ended up making was delicious, so I definitely recommend booking this class with him if you're looking for a fun way to learn how to make (and eat!) some sushi.

Chef Made was truly an amazing experience. He came with all the materials necessary and taught us everything we needed to know about making sushi. He even went out and brought Toro (Fatty Tuna) because it was my favorite. He kept in great communication the entire time, was very polite and kind, and also brought us a bottle of sake as a gift. I booked chef Justin for my husbandвЂ™s birthday as a surprise. This experience was excellent, and we all enjoyed the night we spent learning and making sushi rolls. Everything was light, fresh, and delicious! Even my 5 y.o. daughter learned how to make sushi, and chef Justin was patient and kind with her. We will definitely remember this experience.
