We had such a wonderful time cooking with Chef Gustavo! HeвЂ™s an excellent teacher, and his knowledge really shines through. After the class, he even gave us tips on where to find ingredients so we could recreate the dishes at home. The whole experience was fun and informative, and the food was absolutely delicious! We took "The Flavors of Chile" class, and everything we made tasted incredible. IвЂ™ll definitely take another class with him and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and flavorful experience!

Chef Manjiri was very kind, helpful, a real down to earth and relatable person. She laid out everything that we would be using for the dishes and explained where we could get some authentic Indian ingredients and spices to recreate these at home! Really fun and tasty evening.

The class we took with Chef Jordan was so much fun! He was very knowledgeable and had years of experience in the food industry that he was able to share with all of us. I booked Meg's class for my (long-distance) partner's birthday and he ABSOLUTELY loved it! Meg was very accommodating beforehand as I wanted to keep this a surprise for him :) He had a great time (and banter) with her (and her wonderfully cute dog) - what I would do to have one of those doughnuts!!! Next time im in DC i will definitely be booking a class with Meg, and I recommend you do too!!

The whole experience was incredible! From the moment we walked into his home, he made us feel welcome and as if we were old friends. We did the Thai class resulting in the best Thai food that I've found in the DC area. Chef Charles a top-notch educator, conversationalist, and chef, and I highly recommend him to anyone interested in an experience like this. I'll definitely be coming back for his other courses.

Going into this experience I had no idea what to expect. IвЂ™ve never used cozy meal before. I have to say this is one of the best dining experiences IвЂ™ve had and IвЂ™ve lived around the DC area for 20 years. Chef Charles home is beautifully finished and very cozy and welcoming. The chef himself is intelligent, entertaining and charming. He instantly made everybody feel welcome in his home. He prepared spring rolls, pad Thai and mango sticky rice. There was abundant opportunity to jump into the cooking process at any point. He took his time and thoroughly explained what he was doing at each step and allowed diners to taste how the flavors changed as he added ingredients. There were people of various experience levels at the dinner and all thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely book again with chef Charles. I should also mention that the food was plentiful. IвЂ™m a very big guy with a large appetite and I was unable to finish my meal! So you will not leave hungry!

Chef Charles is an AMAZING Chef! We thoroughly enjoyed how he explained each ingredient and the importance of blending sauces to balance the taste. We were prepared to actively participate in the cooking, however watching Chef Charles passionately cook for us was an exhilarating experience. You can appreciate when a person is passionate about cooking when you notice how many spices they have and excitement of using fresh ingredients to put together a delicious meal. We will definitely come back to Chef Charles for another lovely experience and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pleasurable and extremely tasty meal.

This is the second year my wife and I decide to do a Cozymeal night out to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Chef Meir did not disappoint us. We had great evening, chopping it up, talking food and preparing a juicy chicken dinner that included a salad with an amazing vinaigrette and delicious onion parsnip soup. Chef Meir showed us how to take simple ingredients and cook up a delicious meal...and we had fun along the way. Thank you, again, Chef Meir and Cozymeal.

I purchased a class with chef Meg for my husbandвЂ™s birthday. We learnt how to make donuts, and that was a fun experience! It would be fun to do everything ourselves (including mixing the dough, frying the donuts) but I understand that the format is a bit different and it would take much longer. So I appreciate that everything went well and smoothly. Chef Meg is a charming and very pleasant person.

This cooking class was a ValentineвЂ™s Day gift for my husband who is a HUGE donut lover. Cheif Meg was absolutely phenomenon. She was professional and friendly, made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end. The donuts were so so sooooo good! Even my husband said it was the best donuts he ever had. She came in with all the bowls/whisks/measuring cups/supplies and all the ingredients, walked us through making pastry and other sweets from scratch, and somehow managed to clean as she went, leaving the kitchen spotless! My girlfriend and I had so much fun making donuts with Chef Meg (and her little dog, too)! Meg made us feel right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. She walked us through what we'd be doing, then coached us as we started making glazes and the dough. The final product was delicious and way too much to eat in one night! Along the way, Meg was very entertaining and shared many hilarious stories, as well as several helpful cooking tips. We had a lot of fun and got a lot out it, so I would highly recommend!

Chef Meg was kind, friendly, and engaging. She helped us when we needed it but also let us take charge. The donuts we made were absolutely fabulous: rich, crunchy, and soft. Her selected glaze flavors were delicious! She offered practical tips and useful skills, such as how Jacques Pepin cracks an egg. We had a really great time!

My husband and I had a WONDERFUL experience with Chef William for the French Indulgences lesson. Chef William put us at ease immediately and was a terrific instructor. As we made the courses, he taught us specific techniques for preparing different ingredients (ex., how to do tomato concasse, julienne onions, deglaze a pan when making sauces, etc). Chef William was easy to talk to and by the end it felt like cooking with an old friend! My husband and I loved each dish that we made and felt that it was definitely a worthwhile experience. One note - our lesson was the weekend of the crazy windstorm in DC. We actually ended up losing power towards the end (the whole street was out!) when we were eating course #4, but Chef William powered through like a total champ and turned our dinner into a romantic candlelit setting. A great experience all around and would definitely recommend.

I am not vegan, HOWEVER, that didn't matter at this class because taste ruled, not veggies for the sake of veggies. Her Vegan chicken stew was SO good, I couldn't stop eating it and I didn't have to! Not a vegan but surely not missing meat in this class. Chef Judith is very kind and talented. A great class.

Chef Aleatra is SUCH a smart cookie--no pun intended! She's so talented and excited about what she does that it's infectious. She's serious about taste and flavor and it comes through in her cooking and teaching. Her cupcake was SO yummy and her shrimp were to die for. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Wonderful class.

Mediterranean cuisine is one of the healthiest cuisines in the world and many doctors recommend it as a diet. Chef Wendy is the perfect chef to introduce you to Middle Eastern cooking. In her Middle Eastern cooking class, she will teach you how you can make delicious dishes with healthy ingredients within just a few minutes. In the end, we sat down and enjoyed her food. I really liked the hummus we made from scratch which was 1000 times better than any humus I have eaten in any restaurant or bought from any supermarket. I recommend this cooking class to anyone in Washington, DC who want to learn how to make simple and healthy Mediterranean dishes.

The Thai cooking class was absolutely fantastic. Unlike other cooking classes, this one didn't require fancy technical skills or kitchen appliances that you were encouraged to buy. All the ingredients are easy to find in the area, so you can easily replicate everything at home. Chef Made also answered every question we had and provided recommendations for different spice levels and proteins that work for the sauces we made. He was also very laid back and just really pleasant to learn from. I would HIGHLY recommend the Thai cooki g class and any class led by Chef Made!
