We had an amazing meal and experience with Chef Justin. Chef Justin was very communicative prior to the experience. Chef Justin arrive 15 minutes prior to start time in order to get set up. We helped prepare and ate seafood salad, a few rolls (proteins: salmon, shrimp, crab, beef) and mochi ice cream (green tea, strawberry and vanilla).
