Our team-building retreat with Chef Li was nothing short of amazing. In her beautiful and private, modern kitchen, Chef Li didnвЂ™t just teach us to cook; she inspired us with her culinary passion and expertise. We crafted a delightful array of dishes, from perfect homemade dumplings to exquisite stir-fried pork, a refreshing tofu skin salad, and a heavenly dessert soup. Each recipe was a masterclass in flavor and technique, showcasing Chef LiвЂ™s exceptional skill. Her warm, engaging approach made the experience not just educational, but truly joyful. Chef was friendly, personable, and easy to work with. He divided the kitchen into different stations for each course of our meal and kept things moving at each station so that all dishes were finished around the same time. He also taught us the "how" and "how" of each preparation step for the various dishes which was a great learning experience.

Made was very helpful, friendly, and our team enjoyed the experience. One person in our group was vegetarian and celiac, and he was very accommodating and prepared gluten free and vegetarian options for her.

Chef Gustavo lead our work team on a culinary adventure, showing us the most amazing versions of some of Latin America's most iconic dishes. He shared his own journey along the way, and gave us some incredible tips and tricks. We learned his secret ingredient to many dishes: "corazon" and Chef generously taught us how to use it in all of his dishes. He was warm, open, playful, and a real talent in the kitchen. Did I mention his food was to die for? We highly recommend any of Chef Gustavo's experiences, and I strongly suspect we're going to be back for more in the future!

Wow! This was a fantastic experience. Chef Gustavo warmly welcomed us into his kitchen and from the very beginning we had a great time. From the comfortable and creative atmosphere, the music, and the aromas already in the air, through to the history and stories of the menu selections and the AMAZING food, we connected with each other, learned a lot, and ate too much!! I definitely recommend Chef Gustavo, and I will be back to Cozymeal. Thank you!

Chef Gustavo was EXCELLENT!! Our team had a fantastic experience learning about Latin American cuisine, and helping to prepare the meal. Chef and his assistant prepped most of the ingredients before our arrival but left just enough work for us to participate and learn some new techniques. We were made comfortable in his kitchen by his friendly demeanor and easy to follow instructions. Our meal of mofungo, arepas, vaca frita, and churros were enjoyed by all. I highly recommend this type of group activity, and Chef Gustavo in particular. Thanks Chef!

My team and I immensely enjoyed our evening with Chef Gustavo. Some of the team were people who enjoyed cooking and others who were ambivalent. All really enjoyed this. He has a rare talent for making strangers feel welcome in his home as well as constantly teaching, but not being pedantic. 10/10 would do this again. Also, the food was amazing.
