Cooking Class - Paella and Spanish Tapas Workshop

Learn to craft popular Spanish small plates at home.
Take a culinary journey to Spain without leaving the comfort of your home in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jordan. Guests will learn to make traditional Spanish tapas, as well as a classic paella, all from scratch. Get a pitcher of sangria and a few of your closest friends and get ready to transport your tastebuds to the cobblestone streets of Seville.
Class begins with learning to make robust pan con tomate. Next, sauté shrimp to perfection with garlic and spices. For the main event, craft scratch-made paella with chicken and seafood in a savory, saffron-infused sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted on site.
Pan con Tomate
With toasted sourdough bread, tomato garlic spread and olive oil
Gambas al Ajillo
With shrimp, garlic, chili peppers, olive oil, herbs and lemon juice
Chicken and Seafood Paella
With saffron, garlic and seasonal vegetables

For Chef Jordan, cooking is truly an art form. He learned how to combine various flavors and aromas in a captivating way from several professional experiences, including at Eleven Madison Park, a three-star Michelin restaurant in New York, and experiencing the Spanish culture that helped him develop his own style of food. Chef Jordan, who has worked as a chef for many years, plans to spend the rest of his life learning new techniques and cooking styles.
