First time doing a cooking class and as nervous as we were it was super comfortable working with Jordan. No matter your experience he had everyone involved at every step, and we learned a lot throughout the night. I can't cook rice to save my life but now I can make paella (no big deal). We will absolutely book another class not just with this site (bc the possibilities are endless) but would love to work with Jordan again.

This experience was incredible! Chef Jordan was a great time, leading the group through delicious pastas. He made it very fun with a pasta-making competition. All-in-all, a great way to spend Valentine's Day.

Our hands-on pasta making session with Chef Jordan was both highly educational and incredibly enjoyable. I arranged the class as a birthday surprise for my partner (who is an inspiring chef), and the instruction was top-notch. Chef Jordan provided detailed guidance on every step of the process: from fundamental skills like properly cutting onions, to selecting the correct ingredients (flour, tomatoes), to advanced techniques for kneading dough and sautÃ©ing. It was a delicious and rewarding experience. This class is an excellent choice for a memorable date night or anyone looking to truly elevate their cooking skills.
