What You’ll Do

Prepare a scrumptious feast with Chef Bobby using one of northern Italy's finest ingredients: duck.

Few ingredients can rival the complex yet succulent flavors of duck, especially when prepared using traditional techniques from northern Italy. In this interactive class, Chef Bobby shows you two ways to prepare duck, along with several other Italian delicacies.

The class begins with a palate-cleansing arugula salad, then turns its focus to the main event: the duck. First, you'll craft an orecchiette with smoked duck confit before trying your hand at a delicately seared duck breast. For dessert, dig into a creamy zabaglione served with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Delicious food and wonderful experience! Chef Bobby has lots of stories to share and essential lessons on how to make simple seeming dishes that are full of flavor. This particular menu was delightful, filling and well balanced. Would reccomend.

Some old friends and I were having a reunion and signed up for this class as soon as we saw duck was on the menu. Chef took us through each step of the cooking process for every course, and was so willing to share his knowledge and insights. The food was novel and delicious, and pairing an escalated dining experience with the comforts of home and easy company made this experience incredibly worth it. Thanks for a great time, Chef Bobby!
