One of the most fun things IвЂ™ve ever done! My BF and I have been ravin about it for days. Justin was super helpful, hilarious, and made the whole experience even better. The food was delicious, and he went above and beyondвЂ”chatting with us about anything, taking tons of pictures (so sweet!), and letting us get creative with handrolls + other rolls after making the main menu items. We were in a bit of a rush at the end, and somehow, he cleaned everything up in like 10 minutes. Highly recommend. We were also STUFFED and had leftovers.

My boyfriend and I had such a fun experience with this sushi class! Chef Justin was kind and patient, guiding us through various sushi-making techniques. He thoughtfully accommodated my allergies, ensuring the menu was both gluten-free and dairy-free. Everything was well-organized and timely, and most importantly, the sushi we created was absolutely delicious! I can't recommend Chef Justin enough for anyone looking to try their hand at sushi making skills!

Chef Justin was wonderful! He is very nice, clean, and so prepared! We had a wonderful experience learning new cooking techniques. We made a cucumber-seaweed salad and several different sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri. He also brought matcha ice cream for us to enjoy later. We loved this experience and definitely recommend!

This was my 2nd time with Chef Gustavo. He always puts on a unique experience that is unforgettable. I love that we learn so much about the history and culture of the dishes we're making, and his dishes are approachable and ones I will make at home. From the moment my wife and I stepped into his kitchen, Chef Gustavo's warm and personable nature put us at ease. His passion for cooking was immediately evident as he introduced us to the evening's menu, which featured a delightful array of dishes. We began with sautГ©ed shrimp infused with garlic, parsley, and dried chiles de ГЎrbol atop green plantain cakes. Chef Gustavo guided us through the process of preparing and cooking the plantains, demonstrating techniques that were both practical and impressive. Chef Gustavo's professional demonstration made a seemingly daunting task accessible and fun, especially with wrapping fillets in banana leaves. The sweet crГЄpes for dessert were the perfect conclusion to the meal. Chef Gustavo's couples cooking class was as enriching as enjoyable, highlighting Chef Gustavo's vast expertise and ability to create an engaging and informative atmosphere. Clear instructions and helpful tips made it easy for everyone to achieve perfect results; the hands-on approach made us feel confident and capable as we worked through each step. Chef Justin is warm and welcoming. We learned about the history of sushi but we also acquired the skills to make it ourselves. The class was exceptionally well-organized, with all the necessary ingredients and tools laid out neatly. Chef Justin's attention to detail was impressive, and he took the time to explain the importance of selecting the freshest fish and perfecting knife skills. His explanations were clear and easy to follow. This attention to aesthetics elevated the entire sushi-making experience to a true work of art. It was a truly memorable meal, and he was able to make substitutions and the birthday super special.

Always a fun night with Chef Gustavo. Good conversation- he makes everyone feel like part of a family while we cook and eat together. This was our second meal with him. We would definitely book a third. We did three types of meat - they were so good. I was a skeptic when he only seasoned with salt, but wow just cooking over the flame added such flavor, salt was all you needed.

The class we took with Chef Jordan was so much fun! He was very knowledgeable and had years of experience in the food industry that he was able to share with all of us. Our party of 6 had a great time learning how to make pasta from scratch. We were already good, long-time friends, but cooking together and eating what we cooked added something new and magical to our bond. Having Jordan as a chef was a blessing. He came well-prepared, brought all ingredients and cooking utensils. He walked us through the prep steps showing us and letting us try his techniques. The food at end was super delicious!

For our sonвЂ™s 16th Birthday we surprised him with a CozyMeal cooking class with Chef Andrea! For someone who truly enjoys cooking & learning, he had the absolute BEST time ever. Chef Andrea picked up on his joy and made this a fun learning experience guiding him through every part of our Asian themed 3-course dinner. In the end, not only was everything delicious AND there were left overs, but two weeks later, our son followed Chef AndreaвЂ™s steps to recreate the meal including the wonton soup! Chef Manjiri was so amazing to work with and learn from! We learned so much about selecting the best ingredients for the dishes we prepared, how the different courses work together, and general information about Indian flavors. We loved getting to chat with Chef Manjiri and getting to learn more about her. Everything was fresh and one of the best parts ended up being how many leftovers we had! 10/10!!
