In this three-hour class she will show you around a few French and Italian classics as you prepare the perfect antipasto, homemade pasta with shrimp and a white wine-butter sauce, and warm bread pudding with vanilla cream sauce. Learn how to make these dishes right every time for special occasions like date night, Mother's Day, or just because.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tiffany, who was born and raised in Maryland, grew up with deep Southern influences from her mother. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina, has taught extensively in schools and has a passion for spreading the knowledge of the culinary world to cooks of all levels.
