What You’ll Do

Take a culinary trip around China with your colleagues and create diverse cuisine together.

Learn the traditional cooking techniques and flavors of different Chinese regions in this engaging team building cooking class. Chef Li will take you on a culinary tour that includes unique ingredients and cooking styles.

To start the class, create a smashed cucumber salad studded with bold ginger, warming cinnamon and fresh spring onions, and make meat and vegetable dumplings that are perfectly pan-fried. Next, brew a classic soup teeming with mushrooms and cook up kung pao chicken for the entrГ©e. Finish with a dessert soup made with red beans and goji berries.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

We had an incredible time working with Chef Li in her soup dumpling class. Her home is beautiful and welcoming. We learned so many new techniques and ingredient combinations. Chef Li was patient and warm, allowing us to feel comfortable as we learned new things. We highly recommend class with her!

Great class, great experience. I learned about new ingredients and how to shape the dumplings. Plus there were so many dumplings, it was an all you could eat buffet. I enjoyed meeting the other guests and seeing a little into Chief Li’s home and life too. I recommend and am planning on taking another class. This was a great, fun date night and something different.
