WHAT YOU’LL DO
Invite a partner or friend to mix, roll and bake in this three-hour, hands-on class with top baking Chef Tiffany. Although classically trained in a French cooking school, Chef Tiffany has a simple approach to baking and she is able to easily outline the steps to follow for perfect pastry every time. You will learn how to make soft, chewy chocolate brownies, light and puffy snickerdoodle cookies and homemade apple pie, all from scratch. Chef Tiffany also has add-ons, like nuts for the brownies or berries to your pie, and will show you how to adapt these simple recipes at home.

We had a blast with Chef Tiffany! She came in with all the bowls/whisks/measuring cups/supplies and all the ingredients, walked us through making pastry and other sweets from scratch, and somehow managed to clean as she went, leaving the kitchen spotless! She’s also just very nice and has a really fun personality.

Chef Tiffany is so awesome! We made an antipasto salad, fresh pasta with a white wine sauce and shrimp, and bread pudding with vanilla cream sauce. Chef Tiffany explained every step in the process thoroughly, and everything was amazing. I loved this experience and will definitely be gifting it to my friends in the near future!

We also had the duck (which was the perfect balance of fatty to lean) and had crepes with ice cream for dessert.
