Take your partner on a tour of Europe while cooking French and Italian classics.
Invite a friend or partner to enjoy the best of European cuisine without leaving home. You will learn how to prepare a three-course meal as Chef Tiffany demonstrates her classic cooking skills and passes on secrets of the trade. This private class couples cooking class will cover knife skills and classic sauces as well as pasta making and dessert baking. Your menu features homemade pasta topped with sautéed shrimp and paired with mouthwatering white wine and butter sauce, followed by a decadent bread pudding for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tiffany is so awesome! We made an antipasto salad, fresh pasta with a white wine sauce and shrimp, and bread pudding with vanilla cream sauce. Chef Tiffany explained every step in the process thoroughly, and everything was amazing.
I loved this experience and will definitely be gifting it to my friends in the near future!

She educated us on how to properly dice and chop without getting our fingers in the way. :) when we were done chopping one ingredient she immediately had the next one out and ready for us to chop. We always wanted to learn to make our own pasta and it was incredibly easy. We both are now going to be making our own pasta here on out.
