Vivian & Michi were fantastic! The atmosphere was warm & inviting. Everything was prepped & waiting for our arrival. Their directions were clear and easy to follow. Our group had people of different cooking skills but we all came away having learned something new. Best of all, the food was delicious! We would definitely take another class with them.

I enjoyed the class and learned several new techniques. The chefs were pleasant and answered all my questions. If you're not aware, many of the classes through cozymeal are at the chefs home. When I first realized that I thought it would be awkward. However, it was ok and had no problems. I will definitely take additional classes.

This was a perfect evening. I surprised my hubby, Dave, with this class on his birthday. Chef Vivian and Michi were so thoughtful to take an extra moment to put a birthday candle on Dave's dessert and have us all sing Happy Birthday to him. Dave has mentioned about a thousand times that this was his best birthday ever!!!!! Thank you Chef Vivian nd Michi for a wonderful time.

If 10 is your highest score we would give Chefs Vivian & Michi a 15. The two were very personable and clearly fluent in their craft. Vivian makes me want to explore not just Peruvian cuisine, but their culture too. My husband and I are both experienced home cooks and we did learned a several new things about ingredients and technique. The appetizer, the main course and the dessert were amazing. We all agreed we will do this again and though they did provide a вЂњcozyвЂќ yet adequate workspace, we would like them to come use our much bigger kitchen. Yvonne

The experience that Vivian and Michi provided was nothing short of incredible. They made us feel comfortable immediately and took the time to really explain the process of making the food on the menu. The food was INCREDIBLE, seriously, it was amazing.... They provided the necessary ingredients and the whole process was as smooth as could be. The two of them are extremely personable and engage in conversation that really makes the experience that much better.
