If you want to offer a gluten-free taste of Japan to your gluten-free guests, this cooking class is your chance to learn how. In it, a renowned chef will show you how to master the traditional techniques required to recreate your favorite sushi at home.
You’ll roll no fewer than four unique recipes, including a classic kappa maki cucumber roll and a teka maki tuna roll — both with the perfect rice base and seaweed. You’ll also whip up a rainbow roll with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab stick, avocado and cucumber, plus a shrimp tempura roll with avocado, cucumber, seaweed, sushi sauce and spicy mayo.
