What You’ll Do

Master no fewer than four gluten-free rolls in this immersive sushi making session.

If you want to offer a gluten-free taste of Japan to your gluten-free guests, this cooking class is your chance to learn how. In it, a renowned chef will show you how to master the traditional techniques required to recreate your favorite sushi at home.

You’ll roll no fewer than four unique recipes, including a classic kappa maki cucumber roll and a teka maki tuna roll — both with the perfect rice base and seaweed. You’ll also whip up a rainbow roll with salmon, tuna, yellowtail, crab stick, avocado and cucumber, plus a shrimp tempura roll with avocado, cucumber, seaweed, sushi sauce and spicy mayo. Chef Ricky was absolutely amazing! You could tell right away that he was not only very experienced, but extremely knowledgeable about not just sushi, but lots of other food. He set a great atmosphere with music, and a food station set up like you would see in sushi bars, so you did everything that they would do. The rolls came out delicious thanks to his guidance and fresh ingredients! We would definitely take other classes from him.
