Chef Maggie's vegan thanksgiving feast was amazing!!! Both my partner and I are fairly good cooks, but she taught us new skills and ways of cooking that we wouldn't of thought of. Oh my Goodness! We had the most awesome experience with Chef Esh-Marie. Our expectations were met a thousand times over. My family and friends were impressed by the presentation of each and every course. Chest Esh-Marie was on time and very professional. The charcuterie board was especially exquisite. We loved the portions and the quality of our meal. We thought the chef was extremely pleasant and would recommend her to everyone. She made this a very special 60th birthday celebration for my brother.
